Dalworth Clean

Both were extremely professional. The airduct tech too videos of each duct and showed exactly which ducts benefited from the cleaning more than others. The estimates were spot on, the work was performed diligently and at the end of the weekend I had nice clean carpets and a fresher home.

The service was exactly what you want: prompt, courteous, provides service at agreed upon cost, and quality service.

They did well. It looked good when they left. I was very comfortable with them working in my home.

The tech did a great job taking his time on each piece. He had to dry clean every item which took longer but was very careful.

I called and made appointment for carpet cleaning. They were able to give pricing by the number of rooms cleaned. We had 7 rooms and included pre-sweep, treat stains, move furniture, etc. Large fans were used to expedite drying and the carpets were only damp by the time he left and were completely dry by the next day. Agent showed up at the stated time and completed the work as requested. The quality of the work was very good and the carpets actually came out better then I had expected.

It was one of the best companies I have ever done business with. They were genuinely caring people who did exactly what they said, worked in our crazy time schedules. They scheduled us asap, gave us estimate and took rugs with care and attention to my home and furniture. Brought back beautifully cleaned rugs. I would use again and recommend them always!

The repairs were horrible. They sewed the braids together with some type of plastic threading. The plastic threads stuck out all over the rug and are a perpetual annoyance when vacuuming. The repairs were not tightly threaded and it just seemed as if this company was clueless in antique braded rug repair. The rug did not even look or smell clean when returned. The price was excessive and the work accomplished was worse than amateur. The date on the work order is approximate, I don't remember the specific date.

I delivered 2 area rugs to Dalworth. They gave me a completion date and cleaning price. The job was completed on time at the estimated price and delivered timely. Good job Dalworth.

The service was done correctly and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a very good job, got some difficult stains out of my carpet and it looked like new.

Dalworth schedules within the week and arrives on time. My three-year old grandson was staying with me and I needed the rug to stay as clean as possible. The crew arrived on time, went over the stains on the rug and charged me the same as they have in the past. One week later the rug was delivered as I expected.

Friendly sales pitch on telephone. Must clean whole carpet, not just spilled coffee. Okay. Came the next day. Supervisor was friendly, but discouraging when I replied I had tried Resolve on spill initially. The "helper". Had an attitude. Didn't see him be of much help, but did see him sitting on floor using his cell phone. Spot didn't come out. My beautiful,expensive, year old wool carpet was wet two more days. Wouldnt recommend them to my friends. (. Not because coffee didn't come out, but because of overall experience). Company called to inquire about my satisfaction. I told them the same. They offered to come back! I declined....

It was a quick service and a typcial cleaning. No real issues.

They were on time and I think they provided a good service. They cleaned the carpets to a level of satisfaction for myself and my wife.

This was my first experience with them. I called multiple companies (3) for quotation on cleaning my carpet for pet "love" and freshen a hallway & bedroom that suffered a toilet backup soaking the carpet & padding. DalWorth came, but only after calling me twice with "we're on our way in 20 minutes" and 45 minutes later not showing up. They called a second time (different person-unaware of the first call) and told me the same thing. I was told a 12n-2p time window, and 1 hour past their window I called and told them not to bother coming. If they can't show up on time, how can I expect a quality job? The driver shows up anyway 10 minutes after I canceled the visit. They tried their best to back-pedal and offer me extra discounts 10-15%, etc, but I'm not interested. I will not call them again. I went with another company (OxyMagic) who was cheaper and just completed a stellar job. My carpets smell & look like new again (14 years old).

My neighbor had just had their entire house done by Dalworth and were very pleased, so I gave them a call. My experience was totally at the opposite end of the spectrum. I called to set up an appointment and get an approximate estimate. They came back with a cost that was more than double what my neighbor had just paid for more carpet cleaning. when I brought this to my attention the lady who answered the phone was confrontational and all but called me a liar. She also told me my neighbor was mistaken, that they did not perform the service at that cost. Needless to say, I went elsewhere. I used another Angie's List vendor and had wonderful results. They will get a raving endorsement.

They are very helpful and they move furniture. They are very courteous and on time. I've used them several times. They are very professional and I am very happy with them. Their price is probably above average but it is worth it.

They were thorough, prompt, and did a good job.

OK, just disappointed that we spent top dollar for less than desired results.

Did everything on time to my satisfaction.

They did a great job but it took them 2 trips. Our cat soiled our carpet and we had to have it cleaned. So we specifically told them why we needed the carpet cleaned. They picked up the carpet on time and returned it on time. While it looked great the first time, one could still smell the cat urine on the carpet. They took it back for a second cleaning, no question asked, and they did a very good job the second time. So overall good customer service, and quality work. I do recomend them and I would have given them straight As if it had been a one-time job!

Overall, work was excellent. Very satisfied and would recommend them again
