Dalworth Clean

Showed up on time, very professional, and did a great job. I was very happy with the results, but it seemed expensive. I typically rent a Rug Doctor and do it myself, so maybe I just don't have a clue what a reasonable price is. It seemed expensive, or I'd definitely hire them again.

I had to have them come back out. They had promised me if I upgraded in their cleaning solution that it would get some stains out of my couch and it did not. I had to call them back out. It took 2 people a couple of hours.

They were able to get all the stains out. It took one person about an hour.

Excellent service. Arrived at scheduled time and picked up rug. Was delivered the following week as promised.

When the worker arrived he looked very neat and professional in a uniform with the company's name visible. He was sure they could remove the stain and repair the rip and they did. They returned the rug within a week.

They moved the furniture. They did a good job. They were on time. I've know of them for years. I took 45 minutes with 1 person. I feel like I got what I paid for.

Dalworth office was very responsive in finding a good date for service. The technicians were exceptional. They thoroughly explained the actions they would be taking and how this related to the quality of my air and efficiency of my system. They were meticulous in all they did. I will definitely use them the next time I need any service.

They saved us from having to do a major home restoration by saving our walls. It would have been very costly and messy. We did have to change the carpets due to gray water. They did their job very well. Very professional!! All the personnel that came to our home were very attentive and friendly. They assigned a person to deal with the insurance who eased the process for us. It was a great experience dealing with them overall. We would definitely recommend them!!

Very well. The scheduling had to be pushed out due to my schedule and they were very accommodating. Very friendly staff on the phone. Bobby, the service tech was very pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure what I needed met the needs for the cleaning. It was a pleasure working with Dalworth and I will use them in the future.

Overall cleaning went well and looked good. However the technician noted that the carpets had heavy wear and were heavily stained and I disagree. They are in very good condition and the soiling was mainly just normal dirt from everyday walking. There were a few small stains that looked better initially but have returned since then.

To get a quote they wanted me to use an online tool that resulted in a price three times higher than their competitors. I had to convince them to send someone out to look at the things I wanted done in-person for quoting, which I did because of their high rating on Angie's List. That person showed up late and was a slick sales type person rather than someone who seemed liked an experienced tradesman. The in-person quote was two times higher than their competitors. They had to call between multiple parties to tell me when they could get anything scheduled, sometimes separate services required separate rounds of multiple calls. Waste of time.

Prompt, professional, takes his time to do it thoroughly and correctly, no pressure to add extra services, and the carpets are spotless when he leaves.

The phone call was horrible, very 1980s hard-core selling. I felt the price was a bit high, said I'd check around and might call them back. The lady launched into a harsh attack on what other carpet companies would do and wouldn't let me get a word in - so I just hung up on her mid-rant.

They were great, I liked them very much. He did a good job. He was able to get all of the pet stains out from our dog who was sick and was very respectful of the situation.

They were fantastic, I had to have a house inspection for an adoption. And another carpet cleaning company came at and were going to charge me $2,000 so I was panicing. I called Dalworth and they were able to get me in that day at a much, much better price. They went above and beyond for me and our soon to be family.

They did a fantastic job. Since I had never done it before, I thought it was a little high for me. It was worth in the end. But I will do a price comparison the next time. The technician was very helpful. I asked questions and he would give answers. He was well versed in what he was doing for sure. Like I said I would do a price comparison, but if they are a the lowest then yes.

They were great, actually. I would give them an A by far; they were great. Price was competitive and reasonable. This was for carpet cleaning of my whole house. They did pretty much everything except for one bedroom. For responsiveness, they were on it. For punctuality, he was on time. I told them I was gonna get them to come back out in six months. What would I tell a friend? If they need any carpet cleaning, go with them; they did an excellent job, excellent job.

Not well. Didn't get carpet re-stretched since a small deal was turning into a big big deal.
