Dalworth Clean

The scheduler was some lady who asked me every question on earth (name, address, phone number, city, state, zipcode) to tell me they don't have any appointments. Clearly all the information she collected was for marketing purposes. I wouldn't be surprised if my mailbox is full with Dalworth coupons. I wouldn't recommend this company in future.

Cleaned the carpet and couch. Service include special cleaning for those fun ol' pet stains. Great service.

When I called to schedule I was told that for the amount I was quoted the previously listed services would be performed. It was also implied that more than one individual would show up to perform the work. The morning of the cleaning only one person came at the very end of the arrival time window. I also want to mention that this person showed up in an unmarked, plain white van, that did not bear the Dalworth name or Logo, which I thought was odd. The young man was polite and set to work immediately. When I asked him where the rest of his crew was, he said that he was it. Puzzled I questioned him about the fact that he was alone. I was curious how he was going to move my furniture by himself. He stated that he would only be moving small items that were less than 65 lbs. I told him that this was NOT indicated to me during the scheduling process. I also asked him how long it would take to complete the work. He stated that it would be about 2 hours; something that I was also confused by, since he was by himself. While he cleaned the carpets, I worked on the computer and did not follow him around. After he finished I checked his work. Immediately I realized several things were wrong. First, he did not move the furniture, even the things that I was able to move BY MYSELF. Second he did not vacuum prior to cleaning. Third he did not clean the edges, corners, or behind the doors (they were bone dry). I had him go over several spots before he left that I didn't feel were done as well as they could be. He was very polite, and went over the places that I asked him to go over, and they did look better. When he was finished he asked for payment. I paid him, but with reservation, and indicated that I would be calling the main office. He was not argumentative, still polite. I also asked about the fans, to which he responded that most of the carpets were nearly dry already and they wouldn't be necessary. This was not true, since it took approximately 24 hours for the carpets to completely dry. (When I scheduled they said that it would take no more than 6-8 without the fans.) Once the young man had left I noticed that wall had been damaged by the hose and would need to be repainted. Additionally, I noticed a piece of crumpled paper and a candy wrapper under two pieces of furniture in my living room. (Two pieces that could have and should have been moved easily) I called the main office and shared with them my concerns. They passed my concerns on to a manager who offered to have someone return to re-do the work to my satisfaction. Unfortunately due to scheduling issues (mine, not their's) that was not possible. They did, however, extend a 50% discount on the service provided and offered to pay for the repainting of my wall. So I ended up paying $300 in total for the service. The customer service on the back end of my experience was good, but I don't know if I would use them again considering all that happened.

price was fair, they did what they said they would do, when they said they would, at the price they said they would do at, in a professional manner. The information is as best as I can remember it.

They were timely. They were professional. They did their best to get rid of some of the pet stains we had in some of the carpets and they did a pretty good job on most of them. They were efficient; they got in, and got it cleaned in a reasonable amount of time.

They came out quickly as we needed the work done as soon as possible. They were courteous and thorough.

He was very honest and hardworking. He gave me really good advice about how to maintain my slate flooring and didn't try to sell me any cleaning agent or something like that.

They're the only company I've ever used to clean my carpets. I chose to use them initially because of their pricing but I went back to them because of the quality of their work and the professionalism of their staff.

They did an excellent job with the carpet cleaning that we wanted. They did try to push extra services which were very expensive.

They were excellent and on time. They did an A job and it was reasonably priced. They listened and looked at what I was looking at and the spot was cleaned. They impressed me with being professional and with how they worked.

He was excellent. The results were better than I could possibly hoped.

Service was performed after move out so visible inspection wasn't able to be done, however job looked very good from realtors photos. Service was performed on time as scheduled.

Overall we were very pleased with the whole process. Removal of old flooring took several days and created quite a bit of dust. Dalworth employees moved furniture and covered everything in plastic but there was still lots of dusting to do afterwards. The workers arrived on time everyday and were very polite and professional. We had nearly 2000 square feet of wood flooring installed and it is beautiful. We did have them return to put on trim in a small hallway that was overlooked. It took Dalworth a couple days to come back but that was okay.

He was late by 30 minutes due to traffic and rainy weather, which is fine. It was his attitude AT THE START which was the problem, he got irritated with my questions and desire not to have water leaks from hose as the guy with another company, who showed up the day before that I asked to leave. He interrupted and got snarky. So I left and came back and carpets looked great. His attitude was better, don't know why. He undersold his service b/c in the end, what I was asking for in the beginning, he DID do even though he made me feel like the cleaning wouldn't. So that's better than the other way around, over promising and under delivering. He was quick which was nice as well. and respected my dog who had to be put in another room b/c he is terrified of vacuum machines.

Everything went smoothly. The office staff were friendly and accepted the Angie's List deal coupon without question. The technicians showed up on time and worked really hard to clean completely and quickly. I hadn't had the carpets cleaned in 2 years so they were pretty dirty. The technicians were friendly. My carpets look great now! I will call Dalworth Clean again.

My technician, Jaime, or Juan, can remember his name...sorry....was superb. I just bought the house. The carpet in a couple of rooms was really, really dirty. I was certain I would have to replace it. After he was done, the carpet truly looks new. He was polite, fast, and extremely careful to do a good job. I recommend Dalworth Clean most highly.

Dalworth Carpet Cleaning didn't do a very good job, I'm very disappointed. They also quoted me a high price and didn't tell me that they have a special promo going on. Their service ended up costing more than their special, what they had advertised. My carpet stayed wet for 2 days and it got dirty again because I think they didn't suck all the water up.

Everything went beautifully. They picked up the rugs at our old house, and delivered the cleaned rugs to our new house.

Dalworth Clean did a really good job. We liked everything. They're real nice folks. They had to come a little bit later but the called to inform us.

From the time I called Dalworth Clean to completion of the work, everyone I talked to was very professional, nice and they completed the work in a timely manner. It was a great experience and Chris was on time, explained everything that was going to be done. We had also requested the grout be sealed and Chris provided us the cost to do that and also showed us the sealant he was applying. Chris also provided us suggestions as to how to keep our grout 'like new' in between treatments (which he said the sealant had a guarantee of 3-5 years. We have light colored grout and they look amazing now. Highly recommend Dalworth Clean would definetly use them for taking care of our hardware floors!

It was a nightmare, the provider completely tore apart my toilet plumbing, he must have got his machine stuck under the toilet and just pulled it out, forcing me to hire a plumber and pay an additional $900 for repairs. When I contacted company was told they'd send a rep out and low and behold who did the send? the guy who did the damage. I would highly recommend you run not walk away from this company, as the man who did the damage said, "oh that happens all the time" the plumber said otherwise! The plumber said the damage was avoidable but apparently Dalworth doesn't care.
