Dalworth Clean

Very impressed with this company! The manager spent time with me on the phone discussing recommended care for my rug. There was no hidden agenda or push for more services. In fact, he realistically advised me not to put a lot of money into the rug and to do a basic cleaning. I appreciated his candor and interest. The rug was removed and replaced very professionally but courteous and careful people. Great job of cleaning an old, thread bare rug. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I called to ask about mold in my carpet. They said they would try to clean it if I wanted, but that mold was probably in the rug pad too, and cleaning would make it smell worse. They told me I might need to think about replacement. I am just impressed that they are honest about when they can help and when they can't.

It went well. Bobby was friendly and knowledgable. He worked quickly and got the carpet clean. The carpet did take a bit more than 4 hours to dry completely, so we waited 'til the next day to move all the furniture back. Some of the doggy oops smell has returned, but Bobby warned us that might happen and left a little extra spray to spot treat future accidents. I understand that the pet smells are tough to treat and I can't realistically expect them to be totally gone after 1 express cleaning.

I had a wool area rug that had been taken by another company for cleaning, kept over 9 weeks, and returned damp, stained from mildew and smelling horribly. I called Dalworth and explained the entire situation. They said they would send 2 people over to get the rug, and that these 2 people would be able to give me an idea of if it could be salvaged. They guys showed up exactly at the scheduled time (which was only 1 day after I called). They both said they thought the rug could be much improved but that if Dalworth was actually unable to get out the stain or smell - they would return it at no charge. Before they left with the rug, they scheduled the return drop off time for 1 week later. So at the end of the week, they showed up exactly on time again (same 2 guys), helped me put the rug back in place and replace furniture (it's quite a large rug so it can't actually be moved by just 1 person and they were very helpful). The rug had no odor to it whatsoever and the color was almost like new. The edge that the other company had stained the worst still had a slightly darker color visible only in direct light. I was so thrilled with this improvement that I happily paid the pre-agreed upon price for the cleaning even though it was a pretty steep price. They Dalworth guys were VERY worried that the slight remaining discoloration meant they hadn't cleaned it fully and were amazingly willing to either clean it again or not take my payment. I was so happy about the improvement I insisted they take it. I would use this company again and again. Next time I need this rug cleaned - they will be the first I call. SO worth it!

This was an "Angie Special"... $200 worth of service for $100. I have had these carpets shampooed many times before using Stanley Steemer and their coupons and was eager to try Dalworth because I have heard wonderful things about Dalworth. With the "Angie Special", the Dalworth Premium price was a skiff higher than the Stanley Steemer price, Dalworth did a fine job. They arrived on time, spot-cleaned, shampooed, deodorized and raked the carpets and even put some fans on them for about 30-minutes to help the carpets dry. First time for fans to dry these carpets... I suppose the carpets enjoyed it, but in terms of total drying time, 30-minutes of fans did not make much of a difference. In terms of comparisons, I could not perceive a material difference between the two companies, even with Dalworth Premium service. I would be equally happy with either company in the future.

The technician Marcus did an excellent job. The results were amazing. We should have done this much sooner.

The technician was very nice, the service was completed, and the carpets look great. I did, however, have some issues with the service as a whole. The technician arrived in an old white van, not the nice Dalworth truck I was expecting. He began the service only to realize that the carpet cleaning equipment wouldn't work if the van didn't have a full tank of gas. I was told this particular truck was "finicky". The technician ended up having to leave to get more gas before he could start the service. Once he returned he completed the service in a timely manner, and the carpets looked great. I was just a little disappointed in the fact that the truck was old and gave us problems before we even got started. As far as the carpet cleaning goes, everything went well, but the whole experience was a little lacking.

They had a coupon in the little blue value pack to do so many rooms for a certain amount. They came out and did exactly what they said they would and what I asked for. They did not move furniture I did it myself. They had different levels and my carpets hadn't been cleaned in a while. We moved alot of things ourselves and picked things up off the floor and moved it. It didn't take long to dry. They came early morning and by the time I got home from work that afternoon it was pretty much dry. They called the day before to let me know they was coming and asked to change the time that they came which worked out fine for us. I had them scheduled for later in the day and they asked to come in the morning and we would be the first ones they did that day which worked out fine.

Awful, the first appointment they called and said they were running late. I rescheduled because I had to go pick up my daughter. The second appointment they called to reschedule because of expected bad weather. But, they would not be able to reschedule for a month and I needed my carpet cleaned before that so I said I would find someone else. They would not refund my $20 I paid to hold my spot, even though it was their fault I did not use them. I was going to use them for my hardwood floors. They lost a $2600 job over $20.

They were on time, prompt, very polite, and did great work.

The service was excellent. They did a wonderful job. I had already vacuumed my floor and my carpeting. They were very friendly. One person did the cleaning. He didn't move the furniture but he raised the furniture and put some padding so that the solution would not go on the wood in the living room and dining room area. When he finished, it looked real good. He was very professional in doing the job and I have no complaints.

I have used them for years, and they have done a great job. They haven't done anything in my house probably in 5 months. Everything looked fine. I have used the same guy for 3 and half years. When I first bought my house, he was great, and I have used him every since. I got them from advertizing on TV. The price is comparable to everyone else.

It turned out just fine. I was pleased that the carpets weren't super wet when they left. We were able to walk on them pretty much right away. The guy was quick and punctual and seem to do a good job. I do think they're a little expensive.

Work was fine. They cleaned the carpets well and they were in and out in a short amount of time.

He did a good job and got the odor out. I got more than the normal cleaning. They were reliable and a good company. They did my daughters carpet and that's why I had them come do mine. They were thorough and dependable. They did a follow up call after the second visit to see if I was satisfied. I think the pricing was fair.

We had an awesome experience with dalworth. We had 4000 soft of different flooring cleaned in 3.5 hours. The quality of cleaning is great, we even went with the economy package. The tile and grout look brand new and my hardwood shines. The scheduling dept. was really helpful in getting me scheduled in the time I needed. The service men called with an arrival time and were early/on time. Will use them again!

They were good and they did their job. I have used them a few times now. I had no problems with them. They got the job done in about one hour.

They were on time. We asked for carpet cleaning and possible stretching, depending on the estimate. There was some discussion to clarify what areas would be done in regards to stretching. There is a one year warranty on the stretching. We were told that because the quality of the carpet was so high, the stretching may need to be done again before it needed to be replaced. We had vacuumed ourselves and moved small furnishings, and our king bed before their arrival. The employees came in an unmarked truck, but wore uniforms. They were friendly, helpful, professional. The work took several hours, but was well done. They worked very h****** spot removal, and were successful on some stains I thought were a lost cause. I would recommend them to my friends.
