My refrigerator had expired and I went to several appliance places, Conn's being the last. They said they would have it delivered to me the next day, which never happened. When I reached out to them, they denied that they guaranteed a next day delivery. When they arrived the following day they were two hours late, and the refrigerator they delivered was dead on arrival. After reaching out to them again to correct the issue, they delivered a second one which was also a lemon. Frustrated, I had them haul that away as well which I informed them that if they did not come and remove it immediately within the same day, I was going to place it out on my lawn at the mercy of the public. After purchasing a working refrigerator from Lowes, I had to go to Conn's for my refund which was also a joke. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Very polite when you arrive and before the sale. Useless after the sale. After speaking with a friend he mentioned he also had great difficulty with the purchase of a washer/dryer and refrigerator and that he will only cash and carry as well.
Description of Work: We stopped in and purchased a Frigidare Gallery Dishwasher a week ago Sunday. We were told it would be delivered on Monday. Monday came and went. We called and were told it would arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. This happened daily my husband called or went over personally and still it was not delivered by on Monday this week when promised. We drove to the store and though the parking lot was empty, we counted 6 sales people and 3 customers. When we complained that we had repeatedly been promised return phone calls which were never made, delivery repeatedly promised and never done. The manager Keith has no idea what customer service means. He complained that I did not understand that he had 60 things to do including employee issues. When I said I was disappointed that we, customers were not a priority. He said we were he was just busy. I explained that being in an empty store and told we were number 61 on his list of things did not show me he cared. He made a number of calls, we spent over 1 hr (our third visit and over 15th phone call) and he promised delivery this morning. Which by now you can guess came and went and no dishwasher. Called again and was told they did not have it in stock. Previously we were told they had 12! Keith said he would offer us another one. One more drive over this evening and one hour later we wanted the same machine in stainless and were told we would have to pay an additional $50. They would lower it $80. After 4 trips and over 20 phone calls including to corporate once again it has been promised for tomorrow. I will keep you posted. I will NEVER shop here again and my final opinion is they have no understanding of customer service, if you can't cash and carry drive by.
