I had a new HVAC unit replaced on 4/15/2022 and I chose Complete Cool Air in Euless because it is a local, family-owned veteran business. I am very happy with the new efficient, quiet HVAC unit. The unit really packs a punch...I have the thermostat set as 82 degrees during the day, in this Texas heat! Alex arrived early morning (right on time) and the HVAC installation and removal of the old unit was completed finished by mid-afternoon. Alex had to trouble-shoot and adjust the bottom vent, it was skewed and he also stabilized the top air flow vent with a piece of wood because it was attached to only dry wall....nice!! Complete Cool Air has outstanding employees/technicians that take the time to explain the HVAC complexities, while performing their job and servicing the unit in the most extreme Texas heat. My unit was making noises and the A-coil froze up on 8/8/2023. I called Complete Cool Air and Paul (as always) returned my call within a half-hour and sent Don to my place within an hour! Don performed all the tests on the unit, found a defective part and returned the next day and replaced it. It is humbling watching/knowing these men are out in this extreme heat while providing quality service. I trust/respect this family-owned, veteran company... they go the extra mile and stand by all their service work with integrity. I really recommend purchasing the Complete Club Membership annually; it will save money on repairs, includes 2 visits a year to check the entire HVAC unit: components/electrical/freon levels and provide serious peace of mind at a decent price! Especially, for someone like myself with zero HVAC knowledge; this membership warranty helps protect my investment and assures me; if something does go wrong, Complete Cool Comfort in Euless is there to take care of the problem because this company does care about its' customers!!

My husband and I always call Complete Cool Air, since the first day that, Paul, came to service our A/C unit. We were highly impressed with his honesty and helpfulness, and due to that very first day, we would never call anyone else. Each and every time we need service, this Company is always on time and very professional. We respect the opinions and advice this Company gives. We recently purchased a new house furnace and are extremely satisfied with the equipment and workmanship. We have been customers for twelve years, and highly recommend Complete Cool Air.

We had called this company from a recommendation of a neighbor a few years ago. The tech that came out told us the compressor needed to be replaced and gave us a quote and an option of replacing it ourselves. We were only charged the service fee, and picked the second option. A few years later, we decide to replace both units, inside and out. After much research we settled on American Standard, which owns Trane. In an effort to cash in on the rebates, we picked a highly efficient model, multiple stages, 18 SEER, etc. Paul Levi (the owner) came out to take a look, and asked about the hot or cold spots, recommended a couple of changes, and was totally professional. On the day of installation, 3 techs showed up, 2 for the removal and installation and one that was strictly the hookup guy. He hooked up the outside units, then the inside (attic) units, and the thermostats. We were given a walk through on how to work everything, and actually didn't turn the unit on for a couple of months after that (installation was in March). We turned out units on finally, and had the oven on, and still felt cold in the house. The units are ultra quiet, on stage 1, you cannot hear them at all. You can hear them kick in just slightly on state 2, but have to be directly under the intake to hear them. Cold air, no noise, looking forward to lower electric bills. My experience is this is a stand up company. We haven't had them out to do any maintenance as of yet, so I cannot comment on that.

Based on the amount of money I've spent with them, I'm pleased.

I called early on a Saturday. They were able to send a man between 10 and 11am the same day. He suspected the main capacitor after everything inside the house was fine. It was swollen and he replaced it. He also suggested a starter kit, but he did not push me. He gave an estimate for the kit. He also offered two more visits in one year for heat and air check-up and clean for just $42 added to the current bill.

Great communication all the way through the process, from initial scheduling to a courtesy call as the technician was on his way. Technician was professional, explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions.

Great Service! Needed 4 lbs of Freon, ended up buying the maintenance package - 2 services a year! Honest and hard working! So happy!

There were two people that came out. They gave me a run-down of what they did for me. The are that they worked was kept clean.

They were professional and nice. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up behind them selves. Both the owner and his tech have Military backgrounds like I do and they went above and beyond the standard service I expected to get.

I found Paul Levi, owner of Complete Cool Air, on Angie's list, and because he lived in Euless, as I do....and because of the reviews from other customers, I called him about getting an estimate on relocating vents and running new duct work in the kitchen/den/living area. We set the appointment for last Friday, and he showed up promptly and gave us a bid. My husband has done such work, but was not able to do ours at this time. So he and Paul were able to talk and come up with the plan. We were impressed with his professionalism. We agreed to the price, and set appointment for the following Tuesday. (today). He arrived promptly with his employee, Orlando, and they both seemed knowledgable, profiecient, and professional in completing the job. We intend to do the rest of the duct work during cooler weather. Paul advised us that he could quote even better rates during the off season. But we really needed the area I described done immediately as we are in the midst of a renovation of this living area. When we get ready to do the remainder of the house, we definitely will call Paul at Complete Cool Air for that or any other A/C work. We can gladly recommend both Paul and his company for your A/C needs. We are happy to have found him on Angie's list.

Smooth, professional, and a positive outcome on the first visit! Nothing major was found, but several small things contributed to my compressor/fan not running consistently. I'm enjoying the cool comfort again. Highly recommended!

My Appointment was from 1 to 3. he called at 1:30 and said he had been delayed and would be here in appx 30 minutes. He was very professional and I felt as though he did a very good job. he took nearly and hour and told me about a maintenance plan. I am considering it.

Everything was great up until the moment he decided not to fix the heater and to go for the full monty. I called about 5:00 the night before. Service tech answered the phone and said he would come out the next day. He arrived on time and we were looking forward to getting the furnace fixed given how cold it had been. The service tech indicated the part was no longer available for our 30 year old furnace and the only way to have heat in the house was to open our wallets and write a check for $8,000 for a 60K BTU unit, $5,085 for furnace and duct repairs (I guess assuming they would find something) and miscellaneous. Fortunately we had called two technicians from two companies that day figuring an extra $80 service fee would be better than freezing another night. The second company arrived about two hours later. They diagnosed the same problem. But they tried to get the part. A new valve had been developed for the unit by the manufacturer as a substitution.. It did take one more day to get but he came back the next day and installed it. Total charge from the OTHER company was $270. Today, thanks to having another company on the tee, we are warm and snug as a bug. We still two weeks and $17K poorer might be be sitting in open air cold. I wanted my problem fixed. Rather he wanted to upsell me the new system. Not impressed with Complete Cool Air and their attempts to get thousands of dollars from us. UPDATE: I received a check in the mail for the return of my service charge along with the business card of Paul Levi (who also signed the check). As a result I changed my overall grade from D to C. I appreciate the gesture from the business owner and hope the technician is either not there or will fix the problems first in the future for other customers.

Called Complete Cool Air (817)-881-3101 out of Euless, Texas at 5:15 PM, had cold air blowing again by 8:00 PM! Orlando was the service technician and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I picked them based on their internet ratings: Google / Angie's List, and they lived up to their 5 star rating. Prices were very reasonable and I will definitely use them again.

Did an excellent job. Cool air returned before he left. Met my expectations and more when he also offered and then took heavy items to the curb for me.

There was no charge this time. It was under warranty. It went great. They are very honest and very quick when I need them to come.

Received a response early Monday morning to schedule the appointment. Due to working hours, we weren't able to schedule during normal hours. Regardless, the technician, Orlando was outstanding. What a great guy! Straight-shooter and no-nonsense! Figured out the problem within minutes of being at the house. He didn't have what he needed in his truck, which he apologized profusely for, and said he would run to hardware store to get one to install. He did and accomplished the job after normal business hours. We really appreciated the service and will definitely use Comfort Cool again!

We have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Complete Cool Air. Paul and his team always arrive on time, have a professional appearance, and are very courteous, honest and fair. It is a very well run, reliable, and organized business. The quality of the air conditioning system which was originally installed by our builder was poor, as well as the way the duct work was installed. Also, the a/c company which the builder had contracted with gave us poor service, or no service at all. Complete Cool Air recently replaced the entire system with a top-rated system and also took it upon themselves to redesign the duct work in our attic to improve the air flow throughout our home. We are enjoying the results of their work and would highly recommend Complete Cool Air. Also, all three of the men who worked on our system are former/current U.S. servicemen. You can't go wrong! Called Paul at 6:45p on a 100-degree day for A/C repair at my 70-something year old mother's house. They were out in less than an hour, diagnosed the problem, called me to walk through the options and costs, and let me know when they were finished. Very professional, courteous, and reasonable. Definitely recommend them and will use them again!

These people are the best! I don't call anyone else when it comes to air conditioning issues. Several of my friends have gone to them for help since my first A/C dilemma and they will all tell you the same thing. I recommend them to everyone! The owner and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and lightning fast to respond. They worked on my main level unit a few years ago and it's been running like a top ever since. They replaced a capacitor on my upstairs unit today and everything in my house is back to being REAL COOL...just like Fonzie! They're outstanding communicators and technicians. They've patiently listened to what it is that I need from them, quickly assessed the situation and developed an action plan, and given me the courtesy of explaining exactly what they're going to do to get things running right again. They're the consummate professionals and you will not be disappointed!
