Apple Glass & Mirror

All was well until I notices a stress crack beginning in a corner of the inner pane of glass in Dec, 2016. A call to Debbie at their office resulted in being told that all they guarantee is the seal between the glass. Being a senior citizen and living alone, I knew there was no impact to the inside of the glass but they insisted they had no guarantee on the glass itself, even if it cracked by itself, It seems fairly obvious that the glass was not fit correctly to the metal frame. Won't use them again as they made no attempt to work with me to resolve the problem.

1)After putting in the glass, there was a scratched pane put in that can cut if touched. 2) When I hired him, it was to reseal any leaks in addition to replacing glass. He left and never came back after promising he would once the seal dried up. 3 weeks and several promises later, still a no show. 3) The unprofessionalism displayed by reminding the customer that I got a good deal, was unnecessary.

They were able to get the mirror in the size we needed. 96" by 34" approx, install it and remove and haul away the old one, while there were painters all over my house and in less than a week since we told them what we needed.

They were great. Very professional and the install came out perfect. Very pleased.

Owner had to come out several times to make "Corrections" with measurements and to get the Pony Wall Shower Door Frame and Door installed correctly. In defense of the Owner initially, the Supplier provided a "not well built" Shower Door and Enclosure. I had a Pony Wall frame Glass initially that was 3/8 inch thick and a Shower Door Glass that was 1/4 inch thick. I would expect an Owner of a Company would definitely pay more "Attention to Detail" and make sure everything was correct prior to coming to my House to install Pony Wall Shower enclosure. When the contract was originally signed I asked for a Shower Door deflector that would drain the water directly back into the 36 inch square basin. Instead, he gave me one of those "Drip Rail" that drains water to the side of the Shower Door, which was not I what I wanted. He tried to pass that off on to me. Instead, I had to go onto the Internet and Order for myself a "Shower Door Deflector" that I originally requested and it cost me an additional $ 35 out of my pocket. This Owner tries to upsell the "Frameless" Shower enclosures instead of what a customer actually wants. Had I known I would have so much difficulty getting a Pony Wall Shower enclosure installed from this company, I would have gone with another Company.

Smoothly. Punctual and efficient.

I called the provider on a Friday morning right after my window was broken. I asked if some one could come the same day. I was told some one could be there before noon. They called about an hour and a half later to say they were on their way. They had to drive from Euless to S. Ft. Worth. He arrived and got right to work. The window is very old and not completely square so it took him a while to fit the glass in appropriately. He worked a long while finished, and was gone before noon. In would definitely use them again.

.Work was done promptly , but the new parts did not match my shower frame. I called Lee with Apple Glass and he apologize for the parts not matching, but did not offer to exchange the parts for the right color and then he had the nerve to say he did not charge enough for the job anyway. Sorry, not the customers problem !!!

Jeff and his helper showed up on time and went right to work. They finished about 45 minutes later and collected my $250 on my CC. This was my deductible from my State Farm auto policy. Parts and labor warrented for life. So far, so good.

On time, finished in 1/2 hour. Looks great-friendly servicemen.

These folks are great. Job done in one day at reasonable rate. They even called to follow up on my satisfaction on this very small job. They are located very nearby and are my new glass shop!

It was a delightful experience. Nice-looking young men, very professional, very polite. It ended up costing less than I had anticipated because I had miscalculated the measurement of the mirror. Jake, the owner, told me about it immediately, which I very much appreciated.

Chose them after getting bids from several providers. They were very responsive - came out to measure it the day I called. When we finished tiling, they came out to do a final measurement and ordered the glass. Then they installed it well within the 7-10 days they quoted. Pricewise, they were the lowest price although others were very close.

The work was good. We were pleased with service.

This is the second time I have hired them. The overall work was okay. The shower enclosure turned out very well. They did damage a door frame and a cabinet that I had just painted and they never said anything about it.The grade for professionalism is only based on one incident where the technicians caused damage to a door frame and a cabinet.

They were on time, the quality was good, and we will definitely use them again if we need their services.

Work was excellent and performed in a professional manner. Left the job site clean. ALso, they are very good about communicating with the customer. Would happily use them again

They were very helpful from the first time I contacted them providing helpful advise on options, price ranges and time-frames before even coming out to the house. They demonstrated professionalism and solid Christian character at every stage. As promised, the glass took about 10 business days to come in after they took the official measurements. The glass is 5' wide by 76" tall with 28" door. They did a great job with the installation and we are extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone needing shower glass installation (or any other glass installation for that matter).

Apple came out the day after I contacted them and completed all the work on-site, same-day. Other companies I requested bids from tried to nickle and dime us with fees for driving, inspection, quotations, mounting, etc. Apple charged one very fair price and got the work done fast and right. They know how to communicate with their customers and are very professional. I was very impressed!

Great job with each piece fitting perfectly.

The seals on the top portion of two windows had broken and they would leak when it rained. We contacted Apple Glass and spoke with Lee. He scheduled someone to come to our house the following day to give us a quote for the repair. Chris arrived right on time and we discussed two options to fix the problem, seal the windows and see if that holds out the rain or replace the the top portions of both windows. Chris took the measurements of the windows and said he would contact us in a day or two with price quotes for both options. Once we got the price quotes we decided to replace the the glass. When the windows were ready, Chris called to schedule an appointment to install the windows. He and an assistant arrived right on time and they did a excellent job . They were very careful not to damage the custom shades when they were removing the old windows and installing the new ones. Also, they were careful not to damage the shrubs when they had to use a ladder to replace the upstairs window. They also did a great job in cleaning up and left the area spotless. They were very pleasant and did a terrific job!
