Be ware of this company. ASPC was hired to treat bed bugs in my unit. They came out in March/April 2020. I believed everything was taking care of after the final tech came out to read some monitors they left out. Nothing changed on my end as far as guest or new people laying in my bed. I contacted ASPC on Aug 2, 2020 to advise them I don’t think a part of my bed was treated properly, because I found some bed bugs on the platform that holds my mattress. I know the tech they sent out didn’t treat the platform portion of my bed. The wanted me to believe this was a “New infestation” they wanted to come out and start treatment all over again at my expense minus $200 off. I refused to pay them one cent more for a job they didn’t complete right the first time. They sent another Guy out to confirm we did have bed bugs again (the guy they sent had years of experience, but have been with ASPC for about 3 days). They said the warranty had expired... if this company had any experience with bed bugs they should know that the bed bugs their tech saw were adult bed bugs. Which means it has been 1.5 to 2 months since they have been there growing and feeding on me at night. I didn’t find this during their warranty period, but come on common senses should tell them if the bed bugs are adult now... the problem would have started some time ago. Use this company at your own risk. I’m just trying to help someone not throw a lot of money away.
