All Gone Services

I had to pay 120 additional. Originally I purchased that deal because we had a problem with roaches getting into our house but when he came out, he informed me that they don't cover that. I ended up having another exterminator because they didn't really do anything. They didn't get rid of my problem and charged me additional. I think the need to be more descriptive on the services they provide. Other people need to make sure that they call ahead of time to make sure what they pay for in the deal is covered before they end up having to pay additional. He informed me that he would be out in a week and he was on time.

Good! Very knowledgeable and efficient. He was a little late but he called before to let me know.

Very nice professional service. I did not know just an 1/8" of buildup can cause the chimney not to draft. I have not had any trouble since it was cleaned.

it's been awhile; Spring 2015 perhaps and I don't recall the price but it was very reasonable for both. They did a good job and the guy was personable and appeared to know what he was doing. They didn't try to push any other services. I would gladly use them again or refer to others.

Not that he didn't do what was advertised, but I should have done my homework a little more to get a better idea of what was going to happen for the $65. I think I was expecting a little more information, but my boyfriend met Roland at the house, not me. So, again, my fault. I just think the expense was unnecessary. Look up your own chimney ... if it's dirty, there's a chance it should just get swept. Save yourself the initial expense and just pay a little more for a chimney sweep!

The man was prompt, efficient and courteous. Treatment was effective.

He never came, never called after I had AGAIN confirmed it at least two days prior He answered the phone and acted like he had never heard of me before, said he lost his appointment book and couldn't remember me. I said that I had just text him via phone and he responded like two days ago as well as I made it clear with at least 3 other texts and calls that I wanted to be certain this appointment would not change due to the difficulty I have IN GENERAL WITH ALL CONTRACTORS as well as getting 4 households to be home at same time. He again acted foggy like huh...who...I think you have the wrong number...uh. huh what was this for? O, I guess I can still go....what is the address? I HUNG UP . SAME S*** DIFFERENT PILE CONTRACTORS ALL STINK. Jack you around, take your money ( I pre paid) if they fix something and screw up they don't want to come back, there needs to be a LIST OF LISTS that all contractors go to contractor jail.Been a landlord ten years IT NEVER ENDS WITH CONTRACTOR NONSENSE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND IM STILL WAITING

Both calls were on time and work was completed to my satisfaction.

I contacted All Gone to treat for fire ant problems - both inside my house and in my yard. I had to call a couple of times to get a response.Roland was polite and did a thorough job of treating. He used a spray inside and around the foundation and a powder for the mounds. I noticed there were wet areas of the spray on my kitchen floor afterwards that I had to use a paper towel to daub up - it is a wood laminate and will swell if liquid is allowed to stand on it. There was a strong smell (and even 2 years later a slight remnant of the odor) of the pesticide in the freezer section of my refrigerator - and especially in the ice. I tossed out the ice several times and washed and disinfected the ice tray - also several times. I used my old ice trays in an older refrigerator to make ice for a long time. I also had to call Roland back to re-treat the mounds in the yard in the spring, as there was fire ant activity again. Because of the bad ice smell I'm not sure I'd use All Gone again - although it might be the same with any other pest control company. There wasn't an option for "maybe" which is my real answer as to whether I'd use All Gone again.

They came in one time and I called them back because bugs still bothered me. They didn't feel the need to come back because they didn't have a warranty with me. Before anyone uses them, they should first find out if there's a warranty attached to the deal and if there's none, they should not use the service.

They came on time, did a very good inspection and I was happy with their service.

All went well with Roland the owner. 15-20 minutes and he was done. Have found 3 dead bugs the next day. Will see how long the application with last.

Arrived early, very quick job, went above what was written in helping eliminate pests. Very nice, would use again.

They inspected the chimney and found it to be sound. I requested they clean it since it had not been done in the years I occupied our home. They protected my furniture, the flooring and hearth. Then using their tools, the team cleaned the chimney and fireplace hearth, using a vacuum to clear every particle. They were quick and very professional.

They arrived early and were extremely courteous. They informed us that everything was as it should. Very satisfied with the service.

The job was excellent and he left the place clean.

Very punctual and very nice. Technician had to remove cover top to washer and dryer and pull out pedestal dryer combo to make sure vent was totally clear to his satisfaction. he left a little dust on the floor, but hey, dryers don't get pulled out everyday. Very pleased.

It worked out great. The owner was very courteous. He everything as quickly as possible. He did the work within two or three days. He did a good job. I would use him again.

Contractor arrived one week earlier than what was scheduled which was o.k. because we were home. He inspected and I requested the cleaning for an additional $30.00.

Everything went well. Tech seemed to be in a hurry, and not sure if application was made in all areas. But we have seen any bugs lately-so he must have done his job.

Good, glad that it is over. They were thorough but pricey.
