All Gone Services' service worked out really good. They're just very professional. They did a great job. The interaction with them worked out really good, it was really smooth. The work they did turned out great. They do a great job. They're very professional, prompt, just great job.

Service was great! Julian was efficient, thorough, and fireplace area was spotless. Cost was very reasonable.

This was a big deal purchase. It did not turn out very well. I think I paid, like, $300 to have a squirrel removed from my attic. It wasn't a squirrel, it was another animal up there and they could never get it. So I just threw $300 away with them. They could not correct my problems. They came out one or two days after I bought the deal. They tried, but they never corrected the problem. I still have a problem that needs to be resolved.

Great! The technician arrived promptly and did a thorough job in a timely manor. He was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company and service to anyone who requires their services.

I bought a deal on Angie's List and was able to schedule an appt for the next day. The technician not only arrived on time, but he arrived EARLY (after calling to make sure this was OK)! He was professional and helpful. All services performed were exactly what was expected. He did not try to sell more services or push any unwanted or unnecessary services. Will definitely use them again for pest control needs.

I initially called because I heard birds in my chimney this weekend. Even though they didn't come at the scheduled time, they called to let me know they were running late and came earlier than they told me, so I appreciate the punctuality since I was trying to do this before I left for work. He inspected the chimney and told me I already had a chimney cap, but he found a nest in the ledge near the cap, but there were no birds. He showed me pictures that he took of the nest. He didn't charge me anything and I appreciate that. I recommend them for their honesty and will certainly call them in the future for the other services they provide.

I was very happy with the work. They were on time and cleaned the chimney with out making a mess. I had no cleanup to do. I'm a very happy customer.

Rodney arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He did a very thorough inspection of the chimney and made sure that he felt comfortable leaving us with a safe chimney. The cleaning seemed to go well and he was very thorough on making sure that he didn't leave a mess. He also looked at an HVAC vent while he was there to tell us whether we needed our HVAC ducts cleaned. He was honest and told us that cleaning could improve the air quality but it wouldn't make a noticeable difference in our current complaints about our ducting (air pressure and flow). I will be using All Gone Services again in the near future for them to come out and clean my dryer vent. Hopefully we can get Rodney to come out since he was so nice and thorough previously.

Roland, the owner, came out within 3 hours.nthought we would have to go into the wall to get dead animal out. Roland went into attic and immediately saw where the dead animal, a rat, had run to. He crawled to exact spit and within minutes, found the dead critter and took it out. But he was not done. He walked around the house inspecting all areas and found where it got in and fixed that right away. Very pleased

He was responsive, punctual, friendly and told me I had the cleanest chimney he had ever seen. Long story...but, he did other things to the fireplace and gave us instruction and advice. We appreciated it.

I called them and they came within the hour. They were quick and courteous and cleaned the vent, replaced the cap on the roof, and helped me clean up the mess I made trying the solve the problem myself. Really nice and professional. I plan to have them come back in the future to do some duct cleaning and work in my attic. Price was very reasonable and my kids are glad I did not go onto the roof and try this myself!

The guys arrived early, started the outside inspection before I got home to meet them. When they got in the house, they worked well together and got the job done quickly. Recommended service on top of the roof to be done sometime in the future. I will use them again. Maybe air duct cleaning.

All went well until my cost went from $95 dollars to $214. The guys did an excellent job.However,$120 dollars for a few cents worth of sealer and a few minutes of time applying the sealer seems a little much.

The kid was nice but he did not do anything. I thought he was going to remove the birds from my chimney and I thought he would clean it, but for a bunch of more dollars, he would do all of the above. It was kind of a let down to me. He was nice and all, and he did give me a thing that said that he had checked it and it was okay, which might have helped me with liability on my rental property, but he really didn't do anything. I didn't really get anything out of it. Actually he left the top off of the chimney but if I did say he needed to so those birds could get out. I really wanted those birds out. He said he had to come back for some more money with another charge that wasn't included in this in about 3 weeks. I guess when they got big enough, they did get out. I had hired somebody else to put that thing back on the top. I think the kid did what he was supposed to do, what his boss told him to do. I don't think his instructions were to do much. He just works for the company. He was a really nice kid and I like him. He came out right away.

From START of that first phone call to FINISH of clean up, All Gone Services was an awesome purchase! Their PROFESSIONALISM and CUSTOMER SERVICE exceeds all other companies. I called several(8) other companies and not one called me back but All Gone Services. The technician showed up on time, got right to work, explained things as he worked, and even took the time to demonstrate and advise me on the maintenance of my fireplace area also, answering all the questions I had.

The technician was on time and cleaned the chimney without leaving any mess. I was happy with the work.

Both men were kind, knowledgeable and very friendly. I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience.

As much as I can't check out a fireplace chimney he appeared to have done a very professional job and we're already using the fireplace that was cleaned.

They were awesome, it was raining so he could not get on the roof but inspected everything on the inside and gave me some suggestions for drafting issues I was having and costs. They were definitely cheaper on suggested repairs than other chimney companies.

A really nice young guy came out and we was just like the dude in Mary Poppins with s*** on his cheeks and smudges all over his clothes. Just like I imagined a chimney sweep would look like. He brought a big machine in and used it to clean out the chimney and he got some really nasty stuff out of there. We had gotten this service because when we built our first fire for the 2015 cold season some smoke was filling the house up. After he cleaned our chimney it has been completely smoke-free when we have fires in the fireplace. I will use them next year because you really should get your chimney cleaned once per year to keep it safe.

I paid for the $65 inspection, thinking we might get lucky and not need a cleaning but we did. The cleaning part was an extra $30; but that was fine with me. On time, friendly and got the job done. Would recommend.
