Description of Work: Provider was cleaning the dryer vent on my roof. Rather than unscrew the fasteners, he torn off the louvered side panel of the vent cover and I found it on the ground after he'd left.

Description of Work: Inspection of chimney. Everything went well until the inspection of roof stack. The agent was afraid of heights and had a hard time getting off the roof. I forgot the cost of the inspection. I think it was about $49.00. The fear of heights caused me to doubt the quality of service.

Description of Work: They checked in my attic and then sealed 3 small holes on the exterior near the roof line and under the metal covering over the electrical wires leading from the a/c into the house. They also fixed a roof vent that wasn't properly sealed.
