Description of Work: After 15 minutes passed the appointment time I called the owner but no one answered. The two employees showed up a few minutes later. The gentlemen who came to do the work were professional and nice. Overall they did a good job. The owner did call two hours later and left a voice message that I had the wrong appointment date. Then he called back and advised they had just been running late. The owner needs to answer his phone messages in a timely manner. I'm giving the A for professionalism to his employees - the owner a C.
