Description of Work: The service was for a #1 brush only which was not explained on Angie's list. Our chimney needed a #2 and so we had to reschedule and pay a lot more than intended. They were professional and seemed to have done a good job. Angie's list needs to clarify the terms more clearly. We will always be cautious in the future using firms from now on and will ask detailed questions first.

Description of Work: Told me over the phone that I had German roaches. And should cost more. He had it seem like 15$ more. But when he arrived it was 100 in addition to the 85 I had already paid. They baited in some small areas and a little pump. Still had just as many roaches than before he came. As if he was never here.

Description of Work: We purchased the Chimney Sweep and Safety Inspection package from Angies List. The company was able to work with our schedule to get the job done. The technician was great - very personable and professional. As part of the inspection, he not only told me about the status of the chimney & chimney cap, but also took pictures to show. He did not try to upsell things that I may not need - just suggestions for future maintenance (very important to me - strongly dislike pushy sales). I would definitely recommend.
