The back wall that they put in cracked twice. I finally gave up on them and used another company to do the work correctly. I would not use them again.

We had a problem with WASPS in our fireplace and chimney. They had been getting into the house and I am very allergic to stings, so this was a dire situation for us. After many phonecalls to various pest control companies (many that I found here on Angies list) whom all told me "we don't do that kind of call" I searched the internet for "Wasps in Chimneys" and found ALLGone Services. Phillip answerd the phone and told me they have been getting a number of calls on the same problem from customers and he had a plan of what to do. He spelled out the plan over the phone, gave me a quote of no more than $250 depending on how hard the chimney is to get to, told me he would be in our area between 1:00 and 2:00 the next day. Phillip called the next morning and said he was in our area early and that he could be at our home in 20 minutes. I said of course. He came to our home and immediately noticed a number of wasps in the fireplace itself and sprayed stuff to kill what was in the fireplace. After he felt those were dead and it was safe to open it all up he sprayed some fog foam stuff up into the chimney pipe with a power sprayer. He also sprayed from the top of the chimney down. He finished up by installing a screen around or chimney cap to prevent wasps from entering the chimney in the first place. While he was up on the roof he did notice a small Wasps nest near the chimney cap and got rid of it as well as blew out any bug debris in the slats around the chimney.

They were prompt, personable, efficient, & cleaned up after themselves.

We were moving to the house that same day (that the service was performed), and time was critical because we had people lined up to come according to what needed to be done. I think that the owner was out of town at the time, but the person he sent did everything according to our agreement. He was on time. Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet him in person, but had one of my relatives here to meet him and to pay him. There was not a speck of dirt anywhere from his work and the chimney looked great (still does) when he was done. We were very pleased with his work. Roland, the owner, is very polite and is scheduled to come tomorrow to do pest control. More after tomorrow's job.

It was great that they came out and were able to get the job finished quickly. They were very professional and their price was reasonable. I have peace of mind with the program they put me on.

I feel these guys did a pretty good job. They were very professional and they got rid of the rodent problem I had in my home. Their pricing was decent, considering all the work that was done. They were just very professional and they did an excellent job on my home.

Michael Young actually owns the company and they do pest control as well as other services. They did a great job installing the chimney cap. The think the thing that I really liked was that he quoted a price and he stuck by that price.

Generally good experience. Cleaned up after themselves for the most part, did have to do some cleaning on my own, though. Not the least expensive company, but went with suggestions from Angie's List, and I am pleased.

Technician was 3 hours late arriving for first appointment, but he called well ahead of time to notify me of the delay and didn't try to put the job off to another day, even though he was doing outside work after dark. He gave an honest evaluation of alternatives for bird-deterrent devices and prices seemed generally reasonable.

MR. YOUNG ARRIVED PROMPTLY AT 9:00 AM AS STATED. PROCEEDED TO INSPECT MY CHIMNEY AND STATED IT DID NOT NEED TO BE CLEANED. CLEANED DRYER VENT, WAS QUICK, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. ALSO OFFERED ADVICE ABOUT A SPECIFIC PEST PROBLEM, BECAUSE THEY OFFER PEST CONTROL SERVICES AS WELL.

RICH WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE RETURNED TO RE-TREAT MY ANT PROBLEM AT NO CHARGE. HE EDUCATED ME ON TYPES OF ANTS AND THEIR TREATMENT.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND GOT RID OF OUR MICE AND INSECTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY OFFER GOOD WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
