All Gone Services

Okay so it was a great price and they did get the fire ants out of my closet within a day or so of when I got the "big deal" or whatever angie's list calls it. But within 45 days or so I started seeing bugs in the house again and that is unusual. Usually when we call a pest company it takes months for the bugs to start coming in again. I was a little disappointed, I'm not sure it's there fault there could be other factors that contributed to the pests coming into the house, like the incredible drought, but I haven't called them back either.

I saw a special on Angie's List for Extermination so I purchased it online. I received a call within hours (on the weekend too). They came out within a few days to perform the treatment and later performed a termite treatment on my home. Would use this company again and would refer them.

The owner Rolland was pretty friendly. He explained all the options that were available. The treatment comes with the warranty. He seemed to be really nice guy, and he put me at ease. I had him out for the second time. He had done general pest control stuff.

The vent is very short, making the cleaning a very quick process. I’m not sure I received my full moneys worth.

Dryer vent was not located on roof as it should have been. Phillip found that it only went to attic and was covered by insulation and a walk board! He cleared all obstructions and cleaned vent. He also got me in contact with someone who could fix the problem.

It seemed to turn out pretty well. I don't see the bugs anymore.

the technician was on time. Exactly to the minute. He was professional. He answered all of my questions and knew what he was doing. He went above and beyond in answering my questions about possible rodents and helped me with treatment and recommendations for treatment. I will call this company again. The service was phenomenal.

We purchased our home three years ago, and we weren't sure when the previous owners had the work done last. Apparently, it had been awhile because All Gone Services cleaned a ton of lint and junk out of our system. I think we got a great deal for our money!

The technician did a fantastic job and would have recieved all A's!!! But I was quoted a price to remove a wasp nests and it was more than double what I ended up paying with another company. The work they did was top notch!

The guy was very friendly. He came on time. He did what he was expected to do. The price was good. I would use him again in the future.

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for $39 so the price we paid was good, but he prices he quoted for regular service seemed quite high to me. I've used other companies in the past and had excellent service for quite a bit less. He did arrive on time and was professional. I was surprised that he wasn't wearing some kind of uniform though. I would have liked to see at least a company shirt. He could have been any stranger coming to the door with a sprayer. He went all through the house and around the outside. It took about as long as I would expect. I would possibly use the company again, however not unless I had a coupon or another Angie's List Big Deal.

Phillip arrived on time. Very nice and professional. Did a thorough job. Did not pressure me to buy more services, just told me what was available if I needed them. Also gave me some good advice on treatments I could do myself. Very good experience and would definitely use again and recommend others use.

Overall service was good. He was very nice and professional. He gave me a few tips on things I could do to treat my yard for ants and home for wasp and other flying insect. I asked for estimate on their cost to treat for these things and he provided estimate, but again encouraged me that i could to do it myself for less. He assured me I have no major problems at my home, Suggested continue treating quarterly or semiannually as I have already been doing. I was satisfied with the service and the great deal.

I was very amazed that as soon as I contacted the vendor to schedule my appointment, he called right back within seconds and had me scheduled for the very next day. They showed up on time and did a great job! Can't ask for anything more than that! ---Very good service!

Originally called for the coupon $39.00 inside/outside treatment. Phillip came a few minutes early and immediately got to work. I decided to add on a roach treatment. He was very thorough and professional. He did exactly what what promised...prices were better than another company I used which was supposed to spray in addition to the roach treatment and give me a 10% discount as a new customer...I didn't get the discount or the spray....Glad to know some companies stand by what they say. All Gone is one of them!

We got a deal through Angie's List, we clicked on it and paid through Paypal with Angie's List and he came Monday. He was great. Phillip did it and he was fine, I think we will keep him as our regular person. They didn't go up in the attic or anything, but $39 is a heck of a deal. He was very thorough and put covers over his shoes even though I said he didn't have to. I asked him questions about other insects and he always responded. I think we will make him our spring and fall person. They are owner-operators.

He did a great job with our chimney sweep. He cleaned up after himself and got rid of all the gunk in our chimney...we could smell it blowing back in (yuck). It took less than an hour. We will hire him again when we need this service.

Phillip from All Gone Services came out twice. First time inspected chimney, repaired crack in firewall, and recommended a custom chimney cap. (Our chimney cap was missing and concrete was cracked) Second time, he installed custom chimney cap as estimated. He went above and beyond by painting chimney cap on his own (as I had inquired about) without charge. They were on-time, professional, and honest. I will definitely use them again.

I have no complaints about the work that was done; however, the price charged was far too high. It took less than an hour to complete the work and for that I was charged over $400. This seems unreasonable in that I have paid less for jobs that took all day and involved multiple workers.

First they set a trap to capture the squirrel who was living in our attic. When the squirrel was trapped, they repaired the entrance hole and covered it with metal flashing and removed the squirrel from our property. A few days later they came back to do maintenance on the chimney and closed some large openings around the chimney. A few days after that we heard another squirrel in the attic, so they came back and set another trap. We actually trapped another squirrel, but I don't believe it was the same one which was in the attic. It is likely that one was trapped in the attic when the chimney repair was done and died in the attic.We have blown in insulation in the attic so it was impossible to actually find the dead squirrel. Their was a slight smell in the attic but it dissipated after a few days. When they returned to remove the squirrel in the trap, they covered all the problem areas with metal flashing. The overall experiance was quite good and the house is now squirrel free.

They did a good job on the cleaning and were very fast and efficient. However, they did charge $22 per duct which I did not expect.
