All Gone Services

The service was good. They did their job and left. We had no bugs after that appointment.

They were fine. I wasn't here but my wife was and she was happy with it.

We did have a recurring ant problem outside. This is still being treated

Easily scheduled. Showed up on time. Finished quickly.

It very well from the setting of the appointment to the performance of the job.

Proprietor treated for pests with spray wand as is normal last fall. In the spring we noticed black ants showing up around window sills, pantry and inside our water sprinkler control box in garage. We called and he said our package did not include ants.I looked at the "Deal Details" on Angies' and printed them out. Nowhere did it say that ants are excluded. These were black ants, odiferous ants I believe they are called and they are quite small, yet quite persistent in coming back once inside the house. Proprietor initially indicated he could only treat them for additional fee. In the end he did agree to treat as part of package and came out promptly to do so ( withing next few days). Subsequently on further examination, I did see that on his service agreement he gives you AFTER each call, that it does indeed say ants are extra. However, since I did not see this agreement until after we had purchased the deal on Angies list, and on the "Deal Details" page of Angies, it does NOT exclude ants, I would have no way of knowing of the ant exclusion. Also, these were NOT fire ants, but tiny black ants and in my view should be covered; or if to be excluded, suggest proprietor highlight that exclusion, up front.May have been an oversight, and in all fairness he did successfully treat the ants without extra charge to us.

We had been living in home 2 years, but were unaware if there had been a dryer vent cleaning before we moved in. We received a notice of a special price offer from Angie's list and accepted it. All gone services responded by phone the same day, made an appointment, showed up on time, and removed an alarming amount of lint from our long dryer vent.in a short amount of time. We plan on calling them back from time to time.

They were very professional. They came out and looked around the house and gave us an estimate of what would be required. Then they came out to do the application and were very good. I will continue to use them in the future.

We had asked a few weeks later why we were seeing additional bugs in the yard and were informed, there's no guarantee.

Recommended by SPCA. I had noise in my chimney just above the damper. My dog was very worked up. Called to schedule the servce. Was out the next day. Placea lite in chimney above the damoper to make the raccons lease. They don't like the light. Came back 5 days later to remove the light and install chimney cap so theywould not return.

It went really well. They came on time and were prompt. I would definitely use their services again, they're great!

I had called several other pest control service providers for estimates and ended up picking Roland because he was professional, and polite. He quoted me a price, I accepted, and he started working. Once work was finished, he informed me that he filled the holes the rats were using to access my home and that it would be an additional $100 for this service. I told him that I did not approve the additional work or charges and would not pay any extra cost outside of what he quoted me. I feel that this young man was trying to take advantage of me because of my age. I will not be using his company in the future.

At the time of the quarterly pest control visit, Roland brought the special equipment to clean out the dryer vent which duct exits at the roof. He unfastened the duct, cleaned the roof housing for it, and cleaned the duct down through the wall to the dryer. He is efficient and careful. I am well pleased with both the services for pest control and for the cleanout of the dryer duct.

He was good. I was very pleased. I would recommend him. I found him on Angie's List. He was here early.

We have been using Roland's service for about 10 years. He has always done a great job. He and his men are in and out in no time and since we have used his service, we haven't seen a termite. This property had an infestation when we moved in and we used another Pest Control Company but termites came back. We have the little lizards or geckos around and I told him I didn't want those to be killed or our dogs to be hurt. He said he uses something that only kills termites and he's right. We still have our lizards and the dogs don't get sick.

He arrived on time, did the work quickly and was gone within 30 minutes.

It went well. Roland was on time. He sprayed both inside and outside the house. No lingering smell. It was a small problem to us, but would have escalated if we did not get after it. He also checked for termites. As stated above, we initiated the discussion about preventive termite treatment. It's something we want to do and he provides a 10 year warranty.

Roland arrived on time as scheduled, conducted himself in a professional manner for both services. He quickly assessed my pest control needs after asking me a few questions and an inspection. Roland was quiet and performed his tasks quickly. He even took care of several fire ant mounds he saw in the yard. When asked about exterior services for ant control, Roland assured me this could be done by me, gave me a product name and suggestion application, saving me money. I will use All Gone Serviced again.

Roland is very professional and punctual.

The team was prompt, professional, courteous and thorough. Can't think of any cautions.

It has been several weeks since Roland's visit. I'm hearing no attic sounds much to my relief. I prefer the rodent bait method over Terminix use of "sticky paper". I see no insects or spiders inside my home. Delightful!

I personally don’t think he did the work and the bad news is there’s not way to prove it. He doesn’t offer any proof of the work done, like a video or materials removed from the vent that were removed.

It went fine. I had a coupon for them so I had them come do a standard, inside and outside deal. They were on time and we didn’t have any issues with them. The price was really reasonable and we didn't have any bugs after they came.
