They were able to come out and detect the bugs that were in our home. They put a treatment on the inside and outside the home and I never saw the bugs again. They were very friendly and on time for the appointment.

Well, they got a lot of lint out of the vent, which was probably a fire hazard. Glad we did this, but will look for our own solution in the future.

I really can not say enough about Roland. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. He also is very honest. I just really was satisfied with the work he did and I will definitely be calling him again.

The gentleman came in and inspected the fireplace. He was very professional and was able to give results in a timely manner.

Both cleaners were professional and did an excellent job on cleaning the chimney, keeping the area around the fireplace clean, and inspecting the chimney for issues. They also offered advice on another issue we were having. All around I will definitely use them again.

The only thing we weren't happy w/ was that he said he could fill in a crack in our fireplace brick, for an additional charge. It looked great until the first time we used the fireplace again and the crack was right back.

He was on time, courteous and professional. I feel confident about using my fireplace now.

Everything went fine. I had a service scheduled with another provider for less through another deal site. The other company had done a great job when I used them before but the deal was cancelled for some reason. I found this offer on angieslist and purchased it. They do a good job and were easy to deal with. I would use them again if needed. From experience they are not the least expensive I have been able to find but they do provide a good value for their price.

Service went well from start to finish! Roland returned my phone call from the service that I purchased through Angie's List and booked the appointment within a reasonable time frame that worked for me (the new home owner). He called ahead to say he could come earlier than he was scheduled and that also worked for me. He was quick, thorough, courteous and very neat and tidy (cleaned up after himself). He drapped the area where he worked and was careful not to create a mess. He made a recommendation that my chimney needed repair where it had been patched by the previous owner and not a very good job at that. He also recommended a metal plate be installed in the back of the fireplace to extend the life of the brick and the repair work. He ordered the plate and returned the next week to install it and again was quick and thorough about the work that he performed. Given the state of the chimney, I felt that the price was fair for all that was done.

Was very prompt. Was really surprised that he was working on Christmas Eve. This was the first time using a fireplace (just moved into new house). He made sure the fireplace was safe to use. He also took the time to show us how to use it (gas logs). Will definitely be calling for the future.

Wanted to have the new house protected as we were moving in. Called and set up an appointment for the next week. I had a change of availability due to work and they changed the appointment without an issue to 2 days later. Tech arrived on time and was professional and quick.

Roland arrived on time. Roland was professional and understood exactly what we needed. Our gas logs were not stacked correctly. Therefore they did not generate proper heat for the chimney to draft correctly. Our gas logs were covered with a black covered substance that Roland cleaned. Roland swept out chimney clean of the same black substance that previously covered our gas logs. Then Roland cleaned up after himself and left our home nice and clean. Roland's normal price was $95.00, but he accepted a coupon I purchased on Angie's list for $75.00 without any problem. Overall Roland did exactly what we had hoped to receive from an Angie's list chimney sweep and more.

They fit me in right away when I asked for a specific appointment that weekend. They even came early (they called and asked if it was ok first). They were professional, very friendly and quick and efficient! Everything was left clean and they were done in 10 minutes. What more could you want?

Roland was punctual, respectful, professional, clean and courteous. He was in and out in a timely manner and provided all services to a highly acceptable standard. I will continue to use Roland for chimney and duct needs. Great job!

On time, professional, would use again

Bought a special deal on Angie's list for a year of quarterly outdoor pest control - have been very satisfied with services, on time and provides helpful information for any issues seen on the outside of the home. After the second service I received I began to notice less little critters in the house.

Roland arrived on time and did a great job. I found him on Angies List and to be honest I was a little worried about the price. It seemed too low so I thought maybe it was the kind of company that would advertise a low price and then try to add on lots of stuff. He had good reviews so I went ahead and called. I am glad I did. The price was lower than any other I had quotes from. He cleaned the chimney first and then the dryer vent. I bought my house last year and it is 10 years old. They have never cleaned the dryer vent, it was horrible. Roland did a great job cleaning it all though! I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

I really can't say. It's a treatment I don't see. It was performed while I was at work. I didn't have any serious insect problems and I still don't. I wanted to go ahead and stick to preventative measures but anything at this point is honestly an assumption.

If I had gotten the necessary information in advance, I would have known about the 110 outlet and wouldn't have wasted their time.

It turned out great. We didn't even know where the dryer vents were so that was one of the reasons we were talking about having it done. It worked out fantastic especially since we didn't know where the vents were.

They dryer vent was cleaned and it turned out very well.
