Owner arrived on time and did a great job. I will hire him again to do my chimney cap. Did not try to over sale any service I did not need.

The exterminator was thorough and professional. The bug problem we had is gone. He was unable to make the original appointment due to a sick child but he called to explain and reschedule at my convenience beforehand so it was not a problem. I'd use him again.

We worked with Roland. Everything went smoothly. We're so glad we chose to do the dryer vent cleaning. It turns out that there was a wad of lint and dog hair (we don't have dogs) the size of a pillow clogging up the vent. Because of the way the house is made, he had to cut through the cover to retrieve the clog. He recommended some options for fixes to replace the cover and we found one that worked for us. He performed the repairs at the time. Everything took about 30 minutes and he was extremely nice! I'd definitely use them again should we need anything else similar taken care of.

He was punctual, actually early which I appreciated. The service was quick and I definitely have seen results. He also mentioned that my dryer duct needed to be clean. My only concern was that he just sprayed the obvious. There was a closet, that he just opened the door looked in and did not spray. I would assume that is a place bugs would hide. I just wish that he had been more thorough. I do not provide pest control services so this is just my personal opinion.

Great, the chimney didn't need much work,but the dryer was another story.He spent most of the time he was here on the dryer.He did the chimney first.My dryer vent had been stopped up for a long time.I will call him again in a second.

Roland was here right on time. Walked through the property and told me I didn't need pest removal. I thanked him and he left. I had purchased a coupon for chimney sweep previously and he came and told me since my fireplaces were gas they didn't need cleaning. I didn't ask for a refund for that coupon. He allowed me to deed it to a friend who had a gas burning fireplace. I'm not sure that it ever was used.

Roland showed up early and called to let me know. He inspected the chimney cap and then inspected the chimney. He determined that no work need to be done. He then started a fire to make sure the gas starter valve was working correctly. He was very polite and explained everything to me completely. He was great to work with. On a side note, I purchased the deal through Angie's List Big Deal.

I paid for the house and around the house to be sprayed because I was starting to see bugs in the house. He said I needed to have the yard sprayed as well so I paid another $100 for that but he did spray for mosquitos as well and they were really bad. He wanted me to see if it would make a difference. I think they are not as bad now. I will say he did not suggest that I pay in the future for mosquitos and he did not charge for that part.

I had been seeing lots of roaches in the house and had tried using many "barrier" sprays with no luck. I spent SO much money on sprays that I figured out it would be more cost efficient to try a professional, but I had no idea who to use. Then Angies List came through with a big deal for getting rid of roaches, spiders, and ants. I read reviews on All Gone Services and thought I would take a chance buying the it. I was pleasantly surprised that Roland contacted me very quickly and we set up an appt. as soon as he was able to come out. He arrived promptly on time. He sprayed inside and outside the home and like magic he was gone. What was extremely nice is that he did not try to "upsell" me on anything. All too often, when I was looking for an exterminator, they wanted to sell me a maintenance/once a month package which I really didn't want. I was very appreciative that he gave me his card and did just what I had bought without any more selling. I haven't seen any roaches since his spraying and would definitely call him again.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it turned out good. He came out within about two weeks after I bought the Big Deal. We ended up hiring him to do exterminator work later and I thought he did a really good job on that.

The price for termite treatment was slightly less than other bids, and I appreciated that Roland did not try to upsell me. He warranties the treatment for 10 years without requiring an annual fee to maintain the warranty, unlike the other guys who wanted me to pay every year. He was easy to schedule and showed up as agreed. We also had sqirrels in the attic. He put in a device that let them out but not back in, then a week later came back and sealed up all possible entries. Price included a one year warranty in case they manage to get back in. I will call him again if we have other problems.

Everything went well, arrived when scheduled, called before coming, did services professionally and efficiently.

I called Roland to have him address an issue we were having with ants. After going through pest control options, I decided to go with his annual plan that covers quarterly treatments for all types of pests. Have not seen the ants since his visit and definitely feel like there are fewer pests overall. I also like knowing that if I do see something, I'm on an annual plan and can call on demand without worrying about incurring additional costs each time a new pest shows up.

He was on time for the service call. I had been told by other companies that do vent cleaning that it would take at least an hour to do the cleaning. He was here for approximately 20 minutes. He said he didn't need to go up in the attic to check for lint but my furnace repairman said that lint was all over the attic. He brought me a paper sack with a handful of lint. I pull that much out every time I use the dryer. It had been 16 years and I was told to have it checked regularly. I won't use them again.

Roland did a great job! Have used him before and will definitely use him again!

Provider was professional and prompt and price was good However the pests did not go away-ants, moths, etc. This was for exterior of house. His solution was not strong enough or he did not spray enough. I had to call someone else.

I purchased the deal on Angieslist. The tenant was very impressed with how thorough he was was, said he was on time and answered all her questions. She has had some spiders appearing on ceiling and they were distressing to her, and Roland sprayed as well as made suggestion to vacuum areas the spiders might be. All in all, very pleased with his professionalism.

Were able to make the appointment in less than a two day notice. Arrived on time, carefully setup to avoid making a mess. Answered several questions I had.

Got a Groupon for a chimney cleaning. Man worked entirely from the inside of the house with a vacuum and attachment that went up from the bottom. Chimney was clean and in good shape, but I assumed he would go on the roof and remove the chimney cover and look down to make sure there were no obstructions. In the process, I assumed he would clean the chimney cover, which is all covered with soot and looks bad. But my wife assumed he was didn't ask, and he didn't volunteer. I have cleaned my share of chimneys, and always took a look from the top. This guy didn't, and because he left my chimney cover black, I downgrade the Quality of the job and the Overall Experience to a C.

It went great with All Gone Services. They did a great job.

This is the second time I've used All Gone services. Roland is consistent, punctual, honest, and friendly. He answered all my questions. He didn't see any signs of pest and didn't try to sell me with any services I didn't need. He's very helpful and trustworthy. He gave me a discount when I mentioned I saw a special sale on Angie's List for his general pest treatment services, but I couldn't remember on top of my head what the amount was. He even recommended an A/C company he uses and trusts as he noticed our house was warm, and I told him we needed a new a/c unit.

Was very impressed he provided the service without trying to sell a long term contract.

The service was A+++. I actually let the voucher expire. The gentleman with All Gone Services was kind enough to honor the expired voucher. He came out within a day or 2 and sprayed my home inside and out. Great job... I have not seen any bugs since. Highly recommend his services.
