At first he was called to fix my drier vent, but while in my attic he noticed rat droppings. He placed bait and returned a week later. It was at that time that I informed him that I neglected to show him another attic area. He proceeded to place bait in that area and returned 4 days later to plug the gaps (entrance for the rats) in my roof. He was very responsive adn professional. Very personable as well. My dogs loved him! That was a big plus.

I expected more for this price. I expected dusting under the house as well as an exterior spray.

They came on time and seemed friendly. There were no additional fees associated with the service. It was several years ago so some of the details are hazy. If I ever need a pest control service I would consider using them again though.

Our experience with them went pretty well. They were prompt and on-time. They came and finished the work in exactly the time specified. So far, we have not had any problems of that service.

Purchased a Chimney sweep and inspection on 2/3/14, had to track down the number and call the following week because we were never contacted. Then scheduled the appointment to have the service done on 2/27/14 and they no called no showed. Called this morning and told them to come out and do the service as was paid and agreed to today or they'd get a bad review and they now said they don't service Denton County and to call Angies List for a refund. This is all a rather large problem as the service was a condition for selling a home and had to be done by today and was purchased well in advance show should not have been a problem. Now we are having to pay extra to the buyers since this company couldn't be bothered to show up or even call and when we finally called they don't seem to care. It would have been nice if they informed us "they didn't service Denton County" before scheduling and no showing the first appointment. There isn't a low enough score on Angie's List for me to give them regarding the frustration they have caused. I will NEVER give a good recommendation or refer anyone to them for any service at all. On a side note, it is highly strange that their Angie's List profile lists Denton County as an area they service.

He answered all my questions. He was very efficient and quick.

It was fine and he did a really good job. He also came out when the weather was really bad. He got the inspection done in about 30-45 minutes. The scheduling was fine and he showed up on time. The technician was very professional and polite.

I purchased my chimney cleaning service on Thursday and they were able to schedule my appointment for the very next day. Roland and his helper arrived on time and began work immediately. Roland cleaned the dryer vent from the roof and provided video of the mess that came from the vent. He also showed me an area of concern on my roof where some shingles had blown off, which I really appreciated. Roland's helper cleaned the chimney and all work was completed in about 30 minutes. I am very pleased with the service they provided.

We called Roland for an inspection to make sure the fireplace was safe to use. He came on time and got to work right away. It turned out that the fireplace was in mint condition. Never used by the previous owner. Lucky us! I'd use him again when I need a chimney sweep.

Roland was prompt and cheerful. He declared the chimney in good shape as is with no sweeping needed and proceeded to clean the dryer vent. Honest and capable.

It was great. Perfect! There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. We've never used them before. I would absolutely recommend them. There is one guy and I can't remember his name but he is great. There are no issues since the service was provided.

He said, we need a certified plumbing to fix our gas fireplace turn key valve.He explained very good. Did not push to buy his product.

It was a while ago, but my experience with them was very good. They cleaned the house before I moved in. They did what they said they would do for the price they said. They got here on time, did the work fairly quickly and did a good job and left. The price was fair.

They were responsive to deal, scheduled service....however they arrived way before scheduled time. Then they did not perform cleaning of chimney nor cleaning or dryer vent as discussed. Felt like we got ripped off. Not a positive experience for us, but a nice gentleman to speak with. The house is 40 yrs old and never had the chimney cleaned. It had not been used in several years, but had had very many hot fires over the years. So kind of hard to imagine it was "okay". Perhaps more communication needed, but still an uncomfortable feeling.

He was very nice and professional. He cleaned the vent, which had never been done in 17 years! There was a lot of build up of lint. He answered all my questions and there was no messy clean up afterwards.

Roland came out quickly, explained what he could and couldn't do. I was worried about placing poison because I have a dog. He placed the packets only where the dog couldn't access. He also left baited traps in the area we had been seeing them. He didn't do the repair work until a week later, when he returned to retrieve the traps. Since the rat infestation was active, he explained that he wanted them to get outside before they died, so the smell wouldn't take over the house. I haven't seen a rat since.

The service performed was not as good as services I had received from other chimney sweeps.

he was early. keept us inform of where he was act. he was also very animal friendly. the dogs loved him. he told us of minor things that we could do to fixs-- small cracks in the chimmey. he also said we needed a new damp for the fireplace which he could put in at the top of the chimmy. save us money. we are first time home buyier and the man understood the cost of become a first time buyer. i felt i could trust him him again. will also use him again
