It went fine. I was pleased to hear that I didn’t need any chimney sweep, so I am guessing the previous owners must have had the chimneys cleaned beforehand. They called me once we purchased the deal and within a week or two they performed the service. There were no extra charges other than the $65.

It's turned out ok, so far. Before I got there, they'd already inspected the chimney through the top. When I got there, they came in and cleaned the chimney from the inside. They didn't put the covering back on top securely. It is now completely sideways. I just haven't had a chance to call them to come and fix it because I don't have a ladder tall enough to fix it. Other than that, they did a good job.

Roland was very nice! He was in and out in a short amount of time and even checked a second fireplace that we never use for no additional charge. His partner went up on the roof after dark to check out the exterior portion of the chimney. Roland also cleaned the chimney for an additional $30. We had him come back about a week later to install a smoke shelf to solve our issue of smoke drafting back into the house. That seemed to take care of the problem!

I think they went above and beyond. They did a really good job. We had a second house and they thought they were supposed to do that house as well and drove through rush hour traffic which I thought was really good. The person who let them in to do the job thought they did a good job. They also let us know that we need to a new chimney cover. The scheduling was good.

The service was fine and it worked out well. I have no complains. The team that showed up did not know exactly what they were supposed to do. They thought they were supposed to check my air conditioner. Once I told them what they were here for they did a good job. the service was good and they did not dress as they should.

The provider quickly noted that the previous owner hadn't used the fireplace. Determined everything was clean, safe, and in good working order, and that rodents were blocked from getting in. Very honest and didn't try to push a cleaning or repair that was unnecessary.

It was fine, they didn't find any problems or anything so they didn't do much besides tell me that I had no problems. They did a good job. They were punctual and professional and they showed up when they said they were supposed to.

Everything worked out fine. They scheduled an appointment but unfortunately it was raining but they came back the next day to do the work. The tenants were happy with it. They had no issues. I wasn’t there when they did the job but the tenants were there.

The service for the big deal with the company All Gone Services was average. We still have ants and we still have pests in the house. They were fairly responsive. They were punctual. They were professional.

He was on time, really helpful. Has other services as well that we touched base on that we will be using.

Inspection was great. Company indicated I needed a new chimney cap. They came and installed it a week later without me having to be home or provide any entry to my home. Thanks again

It was fine. They did what they were supposed to do. It took about 4 days and 2 calls before I could get them out. I felt it was bait and switch because I had pay extra for the cleaning.

It went great. They were an hour early and did the outside inspection while I came back to the house. After the inspection they said all looked fine and that my chimney just needed a cleaning. They were kind enough to apply the Angie's list deal I had purchased for the inspection to the cleaning and it only cost me $35 that day-the coupon was $65 for the inspection so the total cost was $100 for inspection and cleaning. I don't know if that's a good rate or not but I was pleased with their efficiency and professionalism and I would recommend them to a friend.

2 men from the company arrived a bit late in the morning due to traffic but were courteous and professional. They informed my husband and I what had to be done before having a fireplace. Major repair (entire back brickwork ) needs to be redone as it is very loose. So kept us safe to not use fireplace and provided quote for repair work. Will use them when able to repair

I felt that since I was paying $95 and didn't need a cleaning there should have been an offer of a partial refund. UPDATE: Within 2 days of my original posting I received a partial refund. I found this to be fair and prompt, perhaps I should have said something before I left my home. I'm very satisfied with All Gone.

Tech arrived as promised. Services performed were great!!! Mom was very comfortable having them in the house (she is 91). They explained things to her in a manner she understood and they took their time with her. Great job and a great deal!!!

They were very pleasant people. The service was a prepaid $65 inspection, which was supposed to be a savings of $25. I am guessing an inspection and cleaning together are $125. Since the inspection showed the chimney needed cleaning, which I expected since I just bought the home, I opted for the cleaning. I thought the $25 savings would pass over, especially since others only charge $99, but since I paid $125 for it, I guess not. I had requested dryer vent cleaning in advance, but they said they wouldn't be able to due to expected weather conditions. The quoted price was $95. Since it wasn't raining, they were able to do it on the spot. Since two guys came just to do the chimney and one was able to split off and do the dryer vent at the same time, finishing before the chimney cleaning, a discount would have been nice. My appointment was for 10:30 a.m.. They showed up at 8:45 a.m., so I wasn't even dressed yet (Saturday). They argued that they weren't early. I was able to show them the email showing that they were. It was a damp day. They didn't have anything to cover their shoes, so leaves and muddy water were tracked in. I thought it was funny that they picked up and carried the vacuum cleaner in so it wouldn't track anything, but didn't do anything for their feet. Most other contractors have footsies to put over their shoes or remove their shoes.
