Description of Work: We had a problem with an infestation of sugar ants on the exterior of the house, and they worked their way inside. the rep sprayed the exterior of the house uo to the eaves, and the ground around the house, pation, storage shed, etc. He also suggested I use Terro ant baits around the exterior, as well as the places the ants were entering the house. they were effective both inside and out.After the spraying, and using the baits for several months as suggested, the ants disappeared. I recommended this service to several of our neighbors.

Description of Work: We requested a chimney sweep and dryer vent cleaning. The chimney was not dirty and so there was no charge. The dryer vent was plugged and required serious cleaning. All done with a smile.

Description of Work: Service covered was to spray perimeter of home, outside only. Service man made it very clear when he was finished that there was no guarantee and they would not return for retreatment. Within a few months we needed the service again and found someone who would guarantee their service in case a retreatment was needed. No retreatment was needed. Lesson learned - use someone who will guarantee their work.
