Juan showed up when he said he would to provide the quote and followed up exactly as promised. He called to set the exact appointment, his crew showed up on time and did a great job. Very professional. Excellent clean up. When they left there was no evidence that they had been here except for the great looking mulch and clean beds.

I had to pay extra for the job.

Communication was good and they arrived on time. Their work was nicely done and Juan was more than happy to work with me. I would recommend this company for any of your yard maintenance work.

It went great. the two crew members were prompt and did what they said they were going to do. I was very pleased with the results.

Nice guys, english was not much better than my Spanish, Conflict on some times, bad weather etc. Did a nice job would certainly use again.

I purchased a Big Deal for 4 hours of lawn clean-up and had a great experience with AJ's Lawn. Three guys arrived on schedule and were very helpful. They removed a small tree (roots included) and mowed/edged both the front and back lawns. They also trimmed and shaped 6 front bushes that were overgrown. I have no complaints and I'll definitely use this company again in the future.

The crew was great! Hard working and efficient. I will use them again.

Workers did excellent job. I was planning on using him for additional services based on the great job. I called and left a message for owner to contact me because I wanted to get an estimate for additional work. He still has not contacted me.

Called on Tuesday. Juan told me to text my address and he would be there Saturday to give me a price and if we agreed on price, he would immediately do the work. They never showed up!! I left voicemails and text messages asking Juan just to let us know whether or not if they were coming or not. He never contacted me. I stayed at home all day for nothing! I do not recommend this company at all. Not dependable!!

The first time I called, we got wonderful service. He arrived when he said he would and did a good job. However, after that first time he has been terrible about returning calls and texts and completely stood us up when he was supposed to come mow and edge before our Baby shower. I'd texted him on Tuesday and asked it he could come by on Friday or early Saturday to mow before the party on Saturday afternoon. He said that would be fine, that he could do it and that he'd text me back about when to expect him. Come Friday afternoon I still hadn't heard back and attempted to get a hold of him. He did not respond to my text or answer the phone when I called. I had to call someone else and pay rush charges because he either forgot, or was too busy to do it and didn't want to tell me that when I still had enough time to schedule someone else. I find this very unprofessional, and won't be calling him again.

The entire job from start to finish went extremely well. AJ and his crew are wonderful to work with and follow instructions to the letter. In addition I had an opportunity to ask and received great recommendations on planting and starting a garden. I would highly recommend AJ's Lawn service.

I was pleased with the actual work; and even though the front beds didn't get completely cleaned of all leaves - the agreement was he would do as much as could be done to the beds with whatever time was remaining after the other items were completed - , so I'm OK with that, because not knowing how long stuff would take, the hollies and photinia were my main concern for using the special $99 deal.. Everyone was very courteous and professional in both times I had to deal with the crews. My biggest complaint is about punctuality and communication around scheduling. The appointment was originally set for Wed between 9 and 10. The crew arrived around 10:15 without calling to say there were coming, which I had requested, but didn't have a chain saw that would be needed for the photinia work. I agreed to reschedule to Saturday between 10 and 11. At 11:30 I called since there had not been any calls and I was getting worried that maybe it would be a no-show. The owner answered and said he had only learned about the reschedule that morning and had other jobs for his crews. He agreed to be out at 1:30 and would personally come out as well. He did show up about 1:45, but worked completely alone for an hour at which time his crew finally arrived - obviously from the other jobs. While I can understand getting tied up on jobs or needing to be a bit late, I would expect a phone call letting me know, instead of my needing to do the calling and finding out what was going on.

I ordered the big deal 4/8/2014 for spring lawn cleanup. On 4/08/2014 I received an email from JUAN CABRERA, stating due to the heavy volume they could not service my area, Dallas County. I notified Angie's list and recieved a refund. Although I was dissappointed that I couldn't have the work done, I was pleased that AJ's service responded very quickly.

Crew did a great job of mowing, mulching & bagging leaves. Had them back to remove a tree & would consider using them for regular lawn services during the summer. They were punctual & had good prices.

It went very well, the landscapers were very nice and professional. Did you a great job!

The 4 guys for one hour did a good job. I wasn't really sure what to tell them to do that would take 4 guys for 1 hour. They carried off old shrubs, tilled soil, weeded flower beds, etc. They are fast and hard working.

appt was at 10 am, but rescheduled til 4 pm same day. 3 guys for 1 hour cleaned up the yard, leaves, tall weeds and branches. edged the driveway and sidewalks. It looks very nice and was a fair price.

He did a great job. He was very particular and finished everything needed. I would definitely use him again.

One hour. Three men. Nice job. In & out. :)

It was okay. They came when they were supposed to and they cleaned up the yard. They're quick and that was fine. It was more of the work than the time they had for the big deal.

Juan was great to work with. His crew did an amazing job. My yard has never looked better in the fall/winter months. My husband and I are both very pleased with the work and will definetly have them back for future lawn work.

Other than some appointment scheduling mishaps in the beginning, it went great. I would use them again next year!

I have used AJ's Lawn Service for the last two years and they have repeatedly done an excellent job in keeping my yard looking beautiful. Juan, the owner, seems to really care about his customers and Caesar, his employee that supervises his crew, has taught me a lot about lawn care in general. He's always taken the time to answer any questions I've had about my lawn. I really recommend this company if you are looking for a good lawn care service to take care of your yard and not overcharge you for what they do.

This is the best experience with lawn care I've ever had! Juan responded immediately to my email/text and services were performed the same day. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up my giant yard and ridding it of leaves. I hope to use them again as needed!

It took a couple of attempts to get the work scheduled, but the work itself was done quickly and professionally.
