Chris met me at the condo at the appointed time for an estimate. He suggested he take a look at everything then tell me what he saw that needed to be done, then I could make the decision on what work I wanted him to do. There were a couple of things he pointed out to me that I thought were unimportant. When he sent his estimate to me by email a couple of days later he added a note explaining that the items I deemed unnecessary did not change the total cost of the job if I wanted him to do those as well. He told me the job would take four days total, but that he was unable to make them consecutive. He started the job on July 6 and the job was completed and ready for my walk-thru the morning of July 14, which was earlier than expected. He covered everything including ceiling fans, light fixtures, laminate and ceramic floors, built-in bookcases and cabinets before he started and there is no paint splatter anywhere. This is the third time I have had the condo painted since I've owned it, and it has never looked this good. The doors had so much buildup on them I considered replacing them after the last paint job, but they look like brand new now! I highly recommend Chris for his expertise and professionalism.
