Most of my work in advising home owners what should be done to sell their homes to get the most money for their homes without going overboard. He was willing to make daily trips, letting mud dry before moving on. He did a great job.
Description of Work: Replaced damaged drywall in bathroom ceiling, taped floated & retextured whole room, removed popcorn, primed & painted.
