Jeanette Shelby Realtor Inc. is extremely forthcoming and honest about whatever property she is listing. She really does the warts and all. She helped my daughter get her house, and my daughter is very picky. There was a place my daughter really like and the realtor told her it was not a good buy. My daughter ended up getting a fantastic, affordable house. If you have a problem with your home, she is good at telling you what services might fix it. She's very involved in the community and is a fountain of knowledge. If I want to know something, I call their office. Her staff is very knowledgeable about things, as well. She's extremely hardworking at doing the best for their clients. She did the refinancing of our mortgage, as well. She's the most thorough real estate agent I've come across.

We contacted Jeanette to find a rental house for us to move in when we sold our house, Jeanette went out of her way to help us, even offered to show homes after hours and on weekends. We found a house and she helped with all the paperwork. We started looking for a house to purchase, used Kelly in Jeanettes office. Kelly was just as courteous and also went well above and beyond to help us find a home to purchase.
