Description of Work: Bloomers is a retail nursery business. I ALWAYS shop there first. The owner ismostly there and knows ALL of the answers to ALL of the questions. They started small about 25 years ago. Through hard work and consistent customer service. Plant dies, take it back. The customer always comes first! No. I have no relationship with Bloomers other than satisfied 25 year customer telling it like it is.
