+ -1 moreSpoke to Mr. McDaniel who sounded very nice and we set up an appointment for 2 days later at 9am. Gave him my address and phone number. 9am came and went with no Mr. McDaniel and no phone call. Waited about 2 more hours and still nothing. Called both his cell and landland #'s with no number but left a message to call me back. Even sent an email. Have never received a response to any of those. NO, I don't think I would recommend him. Sorry
Description of Work: Wanted septic tank pumped out, but it wasn't an emergency. I just wanted it done so that it wouldn't become an emergency.

+ -1 moreVery pleasant and friendly. With us not being from this area, he explained how the septics are put in & how they work here in the south. VERY INFORMATIVE. Although we were surprised at the cost, he really is comparable (a little less actually), to others we called (5), guess we were just use to prices where we were before. ($150-200)
Description of Work: Arrived on time. Located & dug out tank top. Pumped, checked, rinsed! Covered the top back up. Left it neat & tidy.

+ -1 moreThis is a small, family owned business. They were able to service our septic tank in less than 24 hours of my initial call. They were polite and knowledgeable. They pumped, washed down the sides with the hose, ran the lines to be sure everything was clear and covered the tank when done. I will hire them again when it is time.

+ -1 moreBilly explained to me that due to the age of my septic system (20 yrs old) the sand got in and plugged the drain field so it does not work correctly. He does not build drain fields but he did give me a few names and described how they might lay the field and the plus and minus of each. I will call the one of those he recommends. Billy was very professional and I will use him again and recommend him to others
Description of Work: I called PU Septic and left a message,within minutes I received a call back and was able to schedule an appt. He requested that he be allowed 30 minutes on each side of the time which is okay with me. He arrived within that time period. PU Septic ( Billy) located my Septic tank ,ran hose, lifted the concrete covers and drained both sides of my septic tank. He then used my hose to clean it and fully drain it. After cleaning he replaced the covers and reburied the septic . He even coiled the hose neatly next to the faucet. So professional. On time, very polite and friendly. He answered all of my questions in a business like manner but kept working while doing so.
