He has such a passion for what he does. I learned more about wood floors than I ever thought I would know about wood floors. His workers are so professional. They came in and did what they needed to do. They would clean up everyday before they left. I packed up the entire house and called the movers. The house was empty. I had never seen it like that since way back when we bought the house. It was easier for the workers to just do their thing. The quality of the wood floors has improved the house and the value of the home has gone up because of the wood floors. They were just great.

He came to see the area, take measurements giving me the quote, we talk about starting date and came great.

Wood Floors by Beto refinished our hardwood floors in most of the rooms of our house. Beto was very friendly and answered all of our questions before they started the job. After they removed carpeting covering the wood floors, we discovered that the under-floor in one of the rooms had sunk. Beto brought in a carpenter and his team and they fixed the under-floor beautifully. There were a few other surprises as they got down to the original hardwood floors, but they came up with solutions to all of them. His people did a great job on the floors. These people are real artisans, and their experience and expertise is evident in their work. They are great at the details. The work crew was very professional and hard-working. They stayed until everything was done right. The floors date back almost a hundred years, and have clearly been through some rough stuff, but they brought them back to life. They look beautiful now! I highly recommend this company for their honesty and the quality of their work.

This contractor was wonderful. He is a genuine caring person who treats his customers like family. So much so that I've reached out to him to help me in other areas. He's even helped me with interprettng as I don't know spanish. The work, although a little expensive was well worth it. It is top notch quality and the crew was trustworthy and hard working. He was always responsive and went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. While it's a business, it's more than that with Floors by Beto. It's a service and a commitment. I would recommend him to anyone.

In early May, I called Wood Floors by Beto to see if they could repair an area of damaged parquet wood flooring in my house. Beto Jr. came to my house two days later. He was very friendly, professional, and I have no complaints about his demeanor. He quoted me a price of $350 to repair the section, which I felt was reasonable. From that point forward however, my experience with this company has been nothing short of extremely disappointing. Before he left, Beto Jr. informed me that his team was working on a large job but that he would call me before the end of the week to schedule my repair work. He, nor anyone else from the company, called me back. A week later, I called and spoke with Beto Jr., and apologized and said that he was "putting my job on the schedule for next week" and that he would call me back to provide the exact time and date. The next week, he never called. On 05/18/2015, I called and spoke to Beto Jr. again and he again apologized for not calling me back. He assured me that his team would be at my house today (05/21/2015) first thing in the morning to complete the repair work. They no-showed and I have received no calls from them. I have had it with this company. Beto Jr., albeit very friendly and professional, is apparently not in the business of delivering on his company's commitments. Perhaps it's because this was such a small job, but if he didn't want the work, he should have said so from the beginning as opposed to stringing us along.

I called last summer looking for help with my mother-in-law's floor that was bubbling. I believe I spoke with the son, he was very polite and spoke with my mother in law right away and went over to give an estimate and time frame to do the job. The est. was for 400.00 to trim the edges. However, after several calls, and times set, no one ever showed up to do the job. It was finally done by someone else in late October.

The floor looks beautiful. He got it done in a timely manner. The insurance paid for most of it. He attended to any concerns that I had. He just cleared up all of the questions and concerns that I may have had during the process of laying down the floor. It is beautiful interior flooring and it is just gorgeous. They pretty much track the work that they do and the product that they sell. It is because of the documentation that they were able to provide my insurance provider that the floor got replaced after the flooding. They worked me with me to get the documentation ready, so I really appreciated that. This is the second time I have used them.

This occurred 2 weeks prior to 4/23/14: I called to get an estimate and made an appointment with them. The day of the appointment after an hour passed the professional never showed up, I called the company to find out what happened. I spoke to one of the front desk representatives and they said they would find out what happened and instructed me that they would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a response back. I spoke to two different people and both of them dropped the ball. I was very disappointed and would not recommend them. This occurred 2 weeks later: I was outside when Beto shows up to my house unannounced. No phone call, no nothing to warn me of his visit. He just showed up. Thank God I was home to talk with him. I felt like I needed to update this review because the man did show up and offer his apologies for not fulfilling his commitment earlier. See above for what transpired during our conversation.

Wood floors by Beto had put in my original floors and I was completely satisfied with all the work that they had done, so when I needed them replaced I only felt comfortable with them. Again, they did all the work as promised and I am very happy with their work.

He was excellent. He seemed pricey at that time. He was very professional, a people persona, good skills working with people, and he bends over backwards to make sure he satisfies customers.

I was quite unsure how much wood floors installed in my house would cost, so I gather quotes from a few different local providers. Beto Jr. came to my house at the specified time, was very professional, and proceeded to tell me a little about the company and wood floors in general while he measured the rooms. Being a complete novice, I had a lot of questions and he answered each of them thoroughly. When my husband and I went into their showroom, he was very accommodating with our indecision and had a lot of suggestions. He did not try to sell us on any one product, and I felt that his suggestions were based on what he thought would be best for our situation, not necessarily the most costly flooring. He treated us with courtesy, was prompt in providing us with an estimate, and sent me a pleasant follow-up email. The only reason we decided not to go with Wood Floors by Beto was because another contractor bid lower. In fact, if we had gone with the spendier of the two wood floors we were interested in, Beto's estimate was lower. I highly recommend this company and will certainly look to them in the future.

This is the second time that I have done business with Beto. He was just as professional and courteous as before. Once again they did an excellent job. The installers were very punctual and polite and they finished right on time just as promised.

I was very impressed with this contractor. He was very polite and very courteous. He explained a lot of things. A part of the house already had hardwood flooring and I wanted it matched exactly and he went through the trouble to match it for me, exactly. My dog even loved him and my dog hates everybody. He was very through and he actually gave us the best bid. He has just been very wonderful. I called him yesterday and he came out today and he is also going to do all of the paper work for the insurance as well..

They were absolutely great. They guys that worked here, we have never had workers that have been as nice, and pleasant as they were. We were very happy with them. They explained the service very well.

They measured wrong and were short 7 boards. They did not have any in stock and we had to wait 3 weeks for it.

We had some cabinets added to our home and our wood floors needed to be repaired around the new cabinet installation. BETO did a fantastic job matching the existing wood floors and they were very timely and professional. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them in the future.

The owner never showed up on the job, he just came to give an estimate and then to collect the cheque. I asked for high gloss finish but they did not have the companion for it so his people bought a local one that messed the floor due to a chemical reaction. They removed it and put another coat on which messed the floor even more. They finally removed that and put the right coat on but of a different finish that made the floor look very bad. They tried to patch a couple of spots but it made the floor look horrible. I am having my attorney look into it. It was a bad experience. I wanted a dark stain on the wood but they put different samples where the wood looks different in different places. He should have supervised the job. I am very dissatisfied with the job and I will never use them again.

In both installations they did a very professional job. They work quickly and were puntual with good communications. I didn't get quotes from other contractors on either job but I did check at Home Depot and Lowes on the tile job and Beto's were about the same I think. They undercut my fireplace in the living room so the wood fit underneath it and removed the old tile from under the baseboards in my entry. In both cases you can't see any edges. It looks very nice. They cleaned up well afterwards. The workmen were polite and competent.
