+ -1 moreThere were two men who serviced the above ground spa. I let them know what I needed done which was to check the service of the spa, drain, clean, and refill with chemicals. Each worked efficiently. Very professional and simply nice people.
Description of Work: Drained above ground spa. Washed tub and cleaned filters with acid. Cleaned top cover and refilled spa, added chemicals. He checked services and I was advised that he would return in a week with a replacement part. He called to check when it was a good time to come with the replacement.

+ -1 moreMy mother board on my hot tub was burned out. Mr. Whipple needed to check on finding me the antiquated motherboard. I asked if instead he could fix it more cheaply and he figured out a safe and less expensive alternative.
Description of Work: Mr. Whipple is a gentleman who not only saved me a fortune but was more than happy to do the smaller more simple repair instead of the much more expensive fix. I recommend him highly!

+ -1 moreAs always we call James Whipple to service our old Jacuzzi. It probably needs replacement to a more modern - updated - jacuzzi but as long as Whipple can keep it going it will sit where it is. He has had to monkey around with the system to get the heater going and if there is a problem he will be more than glad to go back out and get it adjusted or fixed and then give us a evaluation and tips on using our jacuzzi. I have always been happy with him and he has not dissapointed.
Description of Work: The wife and I have always used James Whipple for our Jacuzzi tub and spa since 1999. Known him for years and a nicer man you will not find. The family has been in the business over 40+ years. I will always call him when I need service to our Jacuzzi or a recommendation regarding.

Description of Work: James Whipple is a professional spa guy. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely punctual. I have used other spa repair services, but James is the best! He repaired some small leaks and redid the entire plumbing and heating system. My hot tub is approximately 20 years old, and it now functions like new.
