Customer service was amazing! Victor tackled the "mess" with a smile, at most consideration for me and my home & with absolute pride in his work. Communication was great leaving me with a very high opinion of his job.

I have use VMM Painting for my personal home since 2011; from drywall, interior paint; outside stucco paint and other professional work. Victor and his crew are very respectful and considerate of floors/furniture by protecting areas with tarps and plastics; follows up after his work is completed guaranteeing his work. I am a military service member and Victor has earn my trust to do all essential in my home and my mothers home when I am not in country! I highly recommend his work it is fast, clean, reliable and at a reasonable price.

It went great! Victor was excellent about letting me know their schedule and they were very punctual and quick. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work was on point. The texture and paint job matched perfectly. I wish these guys did other types of work and I would hire them again!! Very happy.

I asked Mr. Medrano to paint other things and always did so with a smile, The men were very courteous and clean. I was so pleased with all the extras and just level of professionalism. They moved the furniture and put everything back.

Victor and his crew did an excellent job, though they were not always here on time they did stay late to make up for coming late. I knew he was busy with other customers also, I got him at a busy time of the season. They did a very professional job and paid attention to details. He offered to return if the carpet installers dinged up the base boards. He was one of the very few contractors I have dealt with that lived up to what he said he would do. If you need a good painter he is the one you should hire. I intend to have him back at the end of the year to do the exterior doors and the outside garage trim.

I posted a message on Angie's list and never got a response. I have also left 2 phone messages and no response. So I have moved on to another company and he answered right away, I am just waiting to get his estimate in a couple of days.

Excellent! Victor, is a professional. Highly knowledgeable in regard to stucco work, texturing, and painting. He gave a fair quote. Required 50% to begin the work. He started and finished the project as promised. He went above and beyond expectations. He also painted the metal rod iron fence on both sides of the house that was not in the original quote. It was just his initiative and desire for everything to look great. The texture work he did in the master bedroom matched the surrounding texture and looked great. I highly recommend his services.

Mr. Medrano scheduled the work, but in the meantime we had rain. Mr. Medrano always kept us informed that he would still be coming as soon as it was possible. He and his employee maintained and left the areas very clean. Mr. Medrano was extremely professional and truly cares about the end product. I plan to hire Mr. Medrano for other work needed in our house. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a good, honest, hardworking man.

Mr. Medrano was excellent. We bought an older home with a lot of chipping lead paint. Mr. Medrano wet sanded, primed with lead block paint, and repainted everything that was a problem. All of our antique door knobs and hinges had paint splatters from a previous bad paint job. Mr. Medrano took them all off and cleaned them for us. They look beautiful now. I got several estimates on the work needed, and Mr. Medrano's prices were by far the best. He was punctual, called every morning and evening to inform me of his progress, and did an excellent job. He was very clean, and very professional. We trusted him with our front door key for several weeks. He worked in any extra jobs I gave him, and was always going the extra mile to make sure I was happy and the work was done well. He sealed all the seams and cracks in our basement ceiling while he was painting down there. I never asked him to do it, but he did anyways. I will be calling him every time I need any painting, plastering, drywalling, or stuccoing done.

Victor has been to our house so many times over the last couple years he has become more of a family friend. He does excellent work and you wont be able to beat his prices. Victor was able to match a crazy drywall pattern that hasnt been around in quite some time.

They did an excellent job repairing or replacing damaged wood, clean paint job and a beautiful job staining the beams and slats on the porch. Highly recommended! Victor is polite, professional and personable.

Very well. I called Victor and left him a message. He called me back right away. He came by that same night to give an estimate. He was later than expected but diligently called to let me know. He was punctual the day of work and finished everything in one day. Everything looks much better.

Victor always called before he started and after he was finished for the day. Victor did a great job painting and even offered to come back once our furniture was moved in and if the walls got messed up.

Victor is a nice guy, and he offered a much better price than anyone else we talked to--several hundred dollars cheaper than the next cheapest bid, and he said he was available to start quickly (ideal since we had not yet moved in, so the place was still empty). Unfortunately, he fell behind on the job right before ours, so he was working on that one at the same time as ours and ours also got delayed. By the time the movers arrived with our stuff, Victor and his guys still weren't finished, so we had to have the movers leave everything in the middle of the rooms and out of the way of the painters. HUGE pain in the butt to not be able to unpack for several more days or access things that were all piled up, to later have to move all the furniture ourselves, and not to know when the painting would actually be done. When I got fed up and said that if he couldn't wrap it up quickly, we would hire someone else, he brought in a whole bunch of folks to work on it while he shuttled back and forth to other jobs. The guys he brought in were not pros--I had to go around and check because they forgot to paint a few areas (the back of a door, a section of baseboard, etc), and they did not use dropcloths, which meant that after they left, we spent hours cleaning up after them. That was pretty annoying. The end result wasn't terrible, but the rush definitely showed. There are patches of ceiling that the painters just completely missed. Admittedly, the previous color was not hugely different from the new color, but it was a different finish, so now we see the missed spots. It's not a big deal, and we can fix it ourselves at some point. More annoying is that in some places on the walls, they laid the paint on so thick that it dried in huge drips. Our walls have a lot of texture to them, so this is not as obvious as it would be on a flat wall, and it also probably makes them a bigger pain in the butt to paint, but still.... He has said that he will come back and fix these issues, so I appreciate that he stands by his work. If things hadn't been so rushed, I think the work may have been better, and we saved a lot by going with him, which was pretty important at a moment when we had a lot of move-in expenses.

It was an expensive work. I liked their pace and I liked that they got done pretty quick.

Fixed the holes before time scheduled.

Contractor started job on Wednesday 5/7/14 with 5 men. Three men stayed around 3 hours and were never seen again on the job. Contractor worked that Wed until 6pm. By Friday, we had paid the contractor $1000.00 for 3 partial days of work. He showed up on that Friday at 10:00 am and left for a 3 hour lunch. Mr. Medrano came on Monday to finish the plastering, before beginning to paint and was told the job on the ceiling was very poorly done and that the kitchen and living room were not acceptable. At 10:00 am on Tuesday 5/13, Mr. Medrano came and told my wife that the job was acceptable and that he would not do anything about the problem and that he would call it even with the $1000 he had collected. He then proceeded gathering up his equipment and slamming doors and throwing things around. Mr Medrano showed that he had tendencies to become very violent and my wife called me and told me to stay on the phone until he left, because she was concerned about his actions. Mr. Medrano is very unprofessional and does not have the skills to do drywall. Perhaps, his painting is better, but unfortunately we never got to see the finished product. I can honestly say that I have had bad luck using Angie's List.

Really impressed. I called Mr. Medrado on Monday, Oct. 28th. He was so kind as to go down to the house at approx. 7:00pm to assess the work. He started work the following day. Professional. I would hire again.

We had a pipe burst in our formal living room. We had to replace the entire ceiling of sheetrock' texture, and paint. The people drying out the walls also had to punch a hole in the wall to aid in the drying. So we had to get that patched. Victor gave us an estimate and started work the same week. He was nice enough to agree to work partially on a Saturday to accommodate our schedule. He also fixed s few cracks in the kitchen (unrelated to pipe bursting) at no extra cost. The texture looks great. We ended up not having the right paint for the walls (for patch and touch up) and Victor came back and painted the entire room (as opposed to just touching it up). Overall, very good experience.

Victor was the only contractor that provided me with a written estimate on cost, materials, and time it would take for the project. I was pleasantly surprised at his willingness to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

First of all, let me say that I would hire this company again in a second. Their estimate was far less than other companies wanted to charge me for the same work. They kept all appointments and returned all phone calls. The work was spectacular. The house had quite a bit of wear and tear and when they were done painting, the home looked like brand new. The communication back and forth was better than great. They cleaned up after themselves which is a big plus. My experience was great and I will use them again.
