Vitelas was very professional and organized from the first time we met, until the last. I needed to remove a wall, but he gave suggestions to paint and incorperate tiling that fit the space in an elegant light. These were minimal expenses, but those insights made all the difference in the world. He didn't have to provide those insights. But those are the habbits with which he opperates his business. He took initiative and didn't assume I knew exactly what I wanted, so he helped me arrive at the ideal solution. When the tiling was complete, I was astonished by the level of precision. It looked as if the Epyptians had placed it for a pharaoh. Precision to the millimeter, height, length and width. Something that I did not even consider as a possibility. There was a misunderstanding with the removal of ceilings fans, as being a part of the project, but he included it with no additional charge. Not only did a remove the wall, but I obtained a center piece work of art, and a nicely painted backdrop. He provided this with a similar quote I had recieved from another cotractor, who did not include the painting or artistic tile display arrangement. Excellent from start to finish.

It went very well, it went organize they clean after they worked after they finish. We're very satisfied by his workmanship.

These guys do it all. They are so professional, clean, organized, they consult with you through every step. All workers are perfectionists, hard working, very detailed and they personalized my style. I'm sooo happy. My house it's completely different, new, and beautiful. I can't say enough. I'm so thrilled. Love love love my kitchen and living room. We don't recognize our home. So amazing. After job done and plumbing malfunctioned, paint peeling and they put molding in front of our fridge so fridge cannot be pulled out for servicing or replacement without pulling out the molding from the cabinetry. Does not respond to calls. Says they will call back and rescheduled a time to return and there never do. Had to hire someone to fix their poor work.

I hired this guy to replace my roof. He told me that he had done many roofs in El Paso. I'm in Midland. He did give me a copy of his bond and insurance. Reading the fine print it did not cover roofing. After many delays the roof was finally taken off. It was left unprotected overnight. A large thunderstorm came and flooded my house, doing significant damage. A week later he shows up and started trying to blame other people. He has no remorse for the damage he caused. 4 months later I still have not received any compensation. I hired this guy to remodel my home. The original contract was ~$88,000 and was I was told it would take 8 weeks. $26,000 and 4 weeks overdue he abandoned my job. Leaving about $20,000 worth of work undone that was paid for in the original contract. He always wanted to cry about his business dealing to me.

I got 4 bids and they were by far the most professional and organized. Fast service and very well done. I highly recommend them you won't be disappointed.

They never even called me back. All they had to do at the start is tell me they did not do small jobs.
