The owner Mr Vitela will not return your calls once the job is done. We had issues with the cabinet molding blocking our refrigerator. When our refrigerator broke down he would not come to fix the problem or even call us back. The plumbing installed under our kitchen sink was improperly installed and literally fell apart two months after job was completed. I had to hire a plumber to fix the problem. The entire plumbing connection had to be redone and the plumber told us it was done incorrectly and using the wrong materials. Mr Vitela never called us back to correct the problem. The paint is already starting to peel. The contract guaranteeing his work is worthless. Buyer beware.

Kitchen and bathroom cabinets were refinished to look like new. Also rearranged kitchen and required sheet rock, painting and electrical. All was done well.

The entire crew of Vitals Fine Woodwork are outstanding. They remodeled my half bath and also laundry area. They were prompt at showing up on time and called to let me know if they were running a little late for some reason, I greatly appreciate that! The vanity and framed mirror they designed and built was beautiful, you can tell immediately that they have a lot of pride in what they do. They did everything that I asked of them and they also went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. I have already contracted them for my next home project and I have more projects that I plan to also hire them for. If there was a ten star rating I would give it to them. Great work and workmanship at a very reasonable price.

Work not completed on timely basis. Poor customer service.

3-4 crew members. All were very professional and considerate. UPDATE 9/27/2019: This company left my roof unprotected overnight. A thunder storm came and flooded my house. This company has no insurance to cover this. Even after the damage was done the Supervisor did not show up for 7 days. And, he has no remorse for causing the damage.

After 28 years of living in my current home and having done numerious project, by far this is the best company I've ever hired. The workmanship and professionalism provided by Vitelas Fine Wood Work service is the best . They were always on time and the work was excellent. Highly recommend this company to any one. Owner Noe Vitela is a hands on owner and a great communicator when it came to my kitchen project. Great Job, very happy with the end results.
