Utter disappointment.
Description of Work: Called to hire as we had a leak problem and spoke to owner, Ruben Cortez. Ruben showed up at our home, but sadly wasn't able to provide a diagnostic; additionally his demeanor was rude & short. He never returned our calls - very unprofessional and seems unqualified as a plumber! Can't believe he has outstanding reviews from others, quite shocked and deeply disappointed.

Description of Work: Identified the source of a leak under the kitchen sink from a poorly mounted garbage disposal. The parts were bent beyond use and after a misstep getting the right part they installed it properly, remounted the sink which had been loose and tightened up the faucet which was rotating on its axis. I was very satisfied.
