This is the 3rd time that I contracted plumbing services with Union Plumbing thru AngiesList. Again, I was extremely satisfied with the service. Ezra showed up 15 minutes prior (12:45pm) to the schedule time frame of 12-3pm. Ezra was very professional and went the extra mile while installing the garbage disposal. And he paid attention to detail when cleaning at the end of the installation. I will use Union Plumbing services in the future and I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

It was a small job, but the Union Plumbing employee treated it like it was one of the greatest contracts ever landed. He was professional and friendly. He even went above and beyond by testing the water pressure throughout the house and made recommendations. The workmanship was professional, and turned out very well. I would highly recommend this company.

Ruben and his assistant were awesome. They called to let me know when they were on the way, replaced the kitchen faucet, added stops for water flow under the sink, and replaced the pipes that had developed leaks. If there was a grade above A, they would definitely get it. The area where they worked was completely cleaned up, and their work was very neat and efficient. I expected to pay much more than I did. If you ever need a plumber, look no further.

Union Plumbing did a fantastic job, professional, expedient, with excellent communication and attention to detail. All at half the cost of other plumbers in the area. It's the second time I've called them, the second job well done, and they are the only service I will use in the future.

I contacted the business and Ruben was very courteous and professional and answered all of my questions. He showed up the same day with Ezra and they worked quickly. I was impressed with the quality of service and workmanship. I would highly recommend them!

have slightly higher than optimal water pressure in home. have been having problems with leaking facets, toilets, etc. An earlier job to replace hose bib, they identified the pressure problem. Texted them to make an appointment and they suggested a date a few days later (based on my availability). They called while en route to my appointment, showed up a few minutes early and knocked on the door at exactly the appointed time. We reviewed the work needed and I gave my approval to proceed. They accessed my water supply line without doing any damage to the house (wall in garage had to be cut open, but they did that neatly and carefully). This took them very little time and they showed me the work after they verified pressure and no leaks

they called day before my selected work days to pinpoint time. Called prior to arrival to let me know they were on the way. Got here within time allotted. They were very professional and friendly, discussed what they were going to do and got to it. they replaced my front hose bib that was severely corroded and leaking. Checked and discussed water pressures with me. Check the hose bib in back yard I had a concern about, and tightened it. I had some concerns about my homes water pressure, and they discussed the option of installing a pressure valve.

Great! Called yesterday, toilet replaced today. Ruben Cortez knowledgeable, personable, organized, fast, very responsive to consumer. Highly recommend. Will use again when the need arises.

I was pleased with all aspects of their work and effort from the contact standpoint, quote, work and scheduling. Timely and focused on getting the job done and working thru the hurdles. Fair on pricing. Answered my questions and educated me on process/work and even on issues outside scope of project. Very persistent on ensuring job got done and as expected. I had a water leak coming from an upstairs bathroom. I called Ruben Cortez and he was very courteous and extremely professional. He was troubleshooting the problem over the phone and explained what work may have to be done and the price involved. When he arrived to my house, he was very professional and he did the work quickly and with excellence. He also fixed other minor problems that he discovered while doing the work. Ruben was outstanding and I will definitely be using him in the future. A+ customer service.

Ruben came the same day I called him to give use an estimate on three plumbing problems, a leaky outdoor faucet, a leaky toilet and a gas line that needed repair. He explained what he would do to repair the items and answered questions we had. We accepted his appraisal and set a date for him to fix the repairs. He and his apprentice came on time and went right to work fixing everything. They did find that we also had leaks in three valves to the sprinkler system. He gave us an additional estimate for that, but we didn't have him fix it. We have another person that has worked on our sprinkler system before so wanted him to look at it before we make a decision. Ruben and his apprentice did an excellent job repairing all the items we had the estimate for. And, to our surprise, the repairs came in at a lower cost than he had originally estimated and he gave us a warranty on his work as well. Needless to say we were very happy about that. Ruben was courteous and professional which my husband and I both appreciated. I recommend him highly and will call him again whenever we have any more work we need done. Thank you, Ruben!

Very professional the first time. However, called again for a severe leak in front faucet and left urgent message. It took over 24 hours to return the call, only to tell me that he couldn't respond for 48 hours. We couldn't wait that long, so we called someone else! They advertise they are available 24/7, but this is not true.

Very professional, reliable, and fast. I sent a request on a Monday night and I had an appointment scheduled within the hour. Not only that they showed up ten minutes prior. Very courteous and friendly. Customer service is mostly a lost art and these guys show why it's not completely gone.

I?d ordered the plumbing deal on Angie?s List to repair a leaky kitchen sink faucet. Ruben Cortez (owner of Union Plumbing) was very professional. First of all, he called me ahead of time to explain that he was running a little late. That is something that I appreciated. When he arrived and inspected my kitchen sink plumbing, he discovered that I had a bad water valve (underwent the sink) and this valve needed to be replaced. He also explained to me that it would beneficial if I replaced the whole faucet instead of fixing the leak itself. But, when I told me I did not want to replace the whole faucet at this time, he did not pressure me to replace the faucet. He did encounter difficulties in disassembling the faucet and this added to the overall time spent on the job. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the price for the additional repairs and repair parts. Plus, I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism that Ruben Cortez displayed and with the quality of the work provided by Ruben Cortez. I plan to contact and hire Ruben Cortez for all of my future plumbing needs and I will recommend Union Plumbing to my friends.

Union Plumbing responded to my request for service very quickly. They showed up right on time and provided a very reasonable estimate. These guys were extremely professional, and courteous. They explained everything they would do in detail prior to agreeing on the price. Everything is in working order and looks great. I can't recommend them enough.

Faster than expected. Returned my call in less than 30 minutes and was at my house less than an hour after we spoke. Was extremely professional and friendly. Showed me the problems and explained why he was doing everything he needed to do to fix it.

Purchased a 35 year old house in January & have been bringing up to code/improving. In addition was in the hospital for several days in early April. Ruben in March had given me a worst case estimate for the work if had to build up sewer clean outs (I couldn't find them after digging for 2 hours!). He found the clean outs where I hadn't dug (Of course) but did not have to build them out, saving a small fortune. Part of the bid was to repair/replace valves and faucets inside and out that were old. He and his journey man also checked out the line in the front yard and cleaned out pipe that had roots & some debris in it. Lastly, he checked the line pressure, which I hadn't thought of and which was 125 PSI-get that fixed next month. Union plumbing worked with me, around my health issues completing everything in 1 day. The price was way reasonable and much less than I had anticipated. I just wish people would quit calling me sir, it makes me feel old! :-)
