TOP NOTCH EXTERIORS

Description of Work: In August, 2008 we had Top Notch Exteriors "re-do" (paint, elastomere coating) the exterior of our stucco home at a cost of $3401.00. In July, 2012, less than 4 years later, we contacted Mr. Albert Ordunez, owner/general manager of Top Notch Exteriors regarding repair of numerous cracks and defects in the stucco. He 'inspected' the house, said it was a small job and wouldn't take too much time and would have his crew that was working on a house across the street from us take care of everything. We waited a week and a half and nothing was done nor had anyone contacted us. Telephone calls to the various numbers we had for the firm were either never answered or were transferred to a voice mail. After 9 telephone messages left for Top Notch Exteriors, we finally received a call back from Mr. Ordunez. He said he thought the job had been completed, that everyone had been working up in Ruidoso but they would 'get right on it'. They didn't. Another 12+ telephone calls placed by us finally resulted in one man coming to the house to repair the cracks followed by two men coming to the house to repair areas of flaking stucco and making an empty promise to return and texture and paint the repairs the next day. Nearly two weeks have elapsed since that 'promise' was made and we have neither heard from nor seen anyone associated with Top Notch Exteriors. That 'promise' was as valid as everything else promised to us by Top Notch Exteriors regarding these minor repairs ......absolutely worthless. We have totally given up on Top Notch Exteriors honoring their warranty and have purchased the materials necessary for us to complete the job ourselves. In brief summation, had we belonged to Angie's List back in 2008, we would never have dealt with Top Notch Exteriors. Now, having experienced their total disregard for the truth, professionalism and customer service first hand, we urge others to look to other companies for any work involving stucco, painting, repair or any other 'service' offered by Top Notch Exteriors.

Description of Work: I got an estimate from Top Notch Exteriors for windows.

Description of Work: Asked for a quote, it took them 3 weeks to call back and when they did it was just because they where in the area. If that was the way they would manage my project, decided to say no and look for someone else.

Description of Work: removed tar and gravel roof primed for polyester fabric covered roof with polyester fabric coated fabric with white elastomeric roofing compound returned, promptly, to cover an area missed in original work, but found at inspection-walk-through. No quibbling.

Description of Work: Replace 5windows and undersized front door with a full sized front door.

Description of Work: Repaired roof on two town homes, repaired stucco on two connected town homes, and painted an entire building.
