Description of Work: Okay, we contacted them and he came over to 'look' at our microwave to let us know what is wrong with it and if he can fix it. Next thing you know, he fixes it and then tells us the price? I never would have paid $110 for a $250 microwave. My husband did tell him how come he didn't tell us first before fixing it, but he came up with some excuse and then said we had to pay him. Never ever again. They did fix it, it works great, but would have liked to have the choice first.

+ -1 moreThomas and I spoke on the phone and he agreed to go to my mom's home that day and he got there just as promised. My mom is elderly and has a caretaker so they were the ones who actually met Thomas but they had no complaints and he was professional and easy to talk to on the hone.
Description of Work: My elderly mom called me to say that her fridge was no longer cooling and Thomas determined it was lacking Freon and replaced it at the time of his visit.

+ -1 moreTom's Appliance is very efficient. He knows what he is doing and he is very knowledgeable. I find him very honest and trustworthy. He came and diagnosed the old refrigerator as being bad so I went and bought a new one and he went and picked it up and installed it. He is not the cheapest in price but his quality of work is excellent.

+ -1 moreThe guy was great, showed up exactly on time, he was polite and he fixed it. He called the next day to see if I used it and it was working. You don't get many that call and follow up. He was professional and he took care of the problem and it works perfectly now. He is top notch.
