Description of Work: Excellent movers!!!! I used them to pack a rental truck that was going to another city and to move my items on a local move from one house to another a few miles away. They came out and provided an on-site estimate twice and let me know they were flexible to accommodate my needs. They tell you what their flat rate is and the cost per hour for the number of folks and size of the truck. You then choose. They were on time. They actually came out prior to my big move and helped me place items on a Penske truck. I knew in advance what the cost would be. No surprises. They were on time and blocked and braced everything in the truck. No damages. For my big move into my new home, they accommodated my last minute schedule as I wanted to move immediately after my closing date but I did not yet have a precise date. I closed on a Monday and they moved me on a Tuesday!!! They were ON TIME and very professional and knew precisely what they were doing. They are indeed experienced movers. I was worried as I had items on the 2nd floor and they managed them all without any problems or damage at all. In all of the moves that I have had this was a first. They were quick in their movements and did not play around (after all time is money) yet still took care of every piece they touched. They were punctual and thorough and nice. They utilized every inch of available space in the truck. In fact, they told me in advance the size truck I would need and that they "might" have to make two trips. They were right. The truck was packed professionally and in a way that things would not get damaged and using all available space. They know how to pack. They placed every single item into place at my new home and did not make a scratch in any walls or anything. They brought with them the items we had agreed upon....extra blankets, shrink wrap, mattress covers (I had to pay for the covers...probably should have bought my own), dollies and enough strong people to handle the load and a supervisor to overlook the progress (3 bed rooms, 1 loft,2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms, 2.5 bath, garage, patio etc). (you'd be surprised of the problems I have had with others) but not them. They put all of my beds together without me having to tell them to. They hooked up the washer and dryer and even wanted to straighten the pillows on the couches. They sought guidance before they did anything and actually checked in often to see if what they had done met my expectations. They estimated the amount of time it would take to move me in advance and were pretty close. I watched them and they did not play around. I was completely satisfied, would use them again and would recommend them to others. The overall quality of this move was excellent.

Description of Work: Cops had to be called because he broke furniture, wanted pay for fours when they were only here from 8:30-11:15. $100.00 an hour and I have them a specific list of what to pack, he doesn't remember where he packed the list, or didn't use the labels I gave him to pack things in order. Broke bottom of sofa and I didn't even need the sofa moved. Broke apart bookcases and I didn't need the bookcases moved or anything that was moved into the garage. I just needed the things on the list packed and moved to the garage. I didn't need the 50 inch tv removed, or the computer, or the xbox, didn't ask for the pictures on the wall removed. Only 40 things on the list.
