Did the work but poor follow up.

Showed up and completed job in less than 30 minutes

Expensive given the quality of work. True, he guarantees the plants for 3 months but never follows through. He rarely returns your calls or texts. Some of the plants I got died within the 3 months. Six months went by and they had not been replaced. I called and texted and did not get an answer. Then he started calling like a psycho after I told him that since he had decided not to honor his warranty, I had recourses to reach potential customers. Once even calling at 6:30 am. It was then that he was willing to talk with me. I didn't want to deal with him anymore and told him to stop calling. This is May 2021 and he worked on my yard 6 months before in Sep-Oct 2020. Oh yes, but he was very prompt in charging his fees. It was not worth the money. I do not recommend him. He is unreliable. It is up to you to risk your money.

They were efficient, precise in how they did their work and quick.

They were awesome and did an awesome job. Would definitely rehire and recommend.

They are a bit more expensive, possibly, but owner's 40 + yrs experience shows in the end result. He uses high quality materials, and does little extras that make a big difference.

Joshua is very knowledgeable in sprinkler systems, understands water pressures, installation of critical parts . ALso guarantees and backs up his work. Mitigates any post project issues that might arise and corrects them expediently . Top Notch!

Came right over to help us! Kind and friendly and did a great job.

We hired The Landscapers to check the sprinkler system, replace faulty sprinkler heads, and reprogram the timer. Two sprinkler heads were replaced and timer supposedly reprogrammed. There were two workers and the time spent here was approximately one hour. We were charged $245 dollars! Pretty PRICEY!!

He came and evaluated the problem, fixed it in a timely manner and he was very good.

Equivocal results- did not clean up after themselves save that filled in holes they dug - when I suggested a 10 dollar reduction for flower distruction ; he countered with could add one dollar to bill (ha ha). He is quite talkative with many messages about people that he "beat up" very confusing as he describes self as wimp or wuss? Work was OK; generally prompt enough (for a blue collar and levi sort of worker).

I hired to get sprinkler line repaired and adjusted and pull out a few bushes and plants. He quoted me very high but I cannot do the work myself (I'm disabeled) so I accepted . I even told him that I know he was over priced.

Overpriced psycho. Mr. Cordova came over the same day and provided a bid which seemed reasonable for the amount of work we discussed. I thought this project would be a multi-day sprinkler fix. Mr. Cordova completed the work in 2 hours, but then stuck with his initial quote. He misled me with his quote. He implied physical harm if the initial quote fee was not met. When I tried to negotiate he doubled his fee in response. I paid him more than a Washington lawyer makes per hour - he charged $400/hour. He's a crook with a smile and I wouldn't recommend him to do any sprinkler or landscaping work unless you have money to throw away.

Very prompt in response to my inquiry. Quickly diagnosed my sprinkler system and had repaired in one day. Very pleased with work and attitude. Will certainly recommend to anyone needing installation or repair.
