Very well. Will hire them again.

Came twice- first time to determine what was wrong, second time to complete repair. Both times, he was in and out in about 20 Minutes.

Repairman came out and evaluated the dishwasher. Said it needed a new drain pump. I pulled out the schematic so he could look up the part number but he said he didn't need to see it because he had the model number of the dishwasher. He said he would get a quote together and give me a call. I paid him for a service call and he left. He called a day or so later with a quote and I told him I would talk to my husband and call him back. My husband and I agreed to the price and he said he would order the part and be in touch when it came in. The part came in and we scheduled him to come out to our place on a Friday between 11-2 since my husband would be home from work. He never showed up nor did he ever call. I called the main office and they said they would have him call me. He finally called and said he couldn't make it.....it was now 5pm and he was over 3 hours late. I told him he would have to come out the next morning early because we already had plans. He showed up and had the wrong part. He had ordered the circulation pump instead of the drain pump. He tried to tell my husband that I had not allowed him to see the schematic so he could get the right part. He finally admitted to him that I had offered and he had declined to look. So he said he would order the correct pump and let me know when it got there. He called the following week and I scheduled him to be there again on a Friday between 8-10 so my husband could be there. He showed up on time but HAD THE WRONG PART AGAIN!! He had a drain pump for a totally different make and model of dishwasher. Finally my husband told him that we would not be needing his services and asked him to leave. He had the nerve to insinuate that somehow we owed them MONEY! My husband kindly told him that we wouldn't be paying for a thing and showed him out. I would not recommend these people to ANYONE! The end result is we still have a broken dishwasher after messing with this guy for over 3 weeks! And we are out the money from the service call.

The gentleman came to check on the problem the day we called his service. He provided an estimate for the parts and work. He came the next day to make the repairs. He worked quickly and was very courteous. The bill presented matched the estimate quoted.

My appliance broke and that’s when they had to come. So it had been a problem for me. They came right away and on the same day. They did the job promptly but it didn’t hold. So then my house flooded because it didn’t hold. That to me is not a real good service. They did it temporarily and then it broke. So that’s how it all came out. Their pricing was fair. I will not use their services again in the future. I tried to contact them on a Saturday morning and they said that they don’t work on weekends. That’s when water was going everywhere in my house and so it was kind of an emergency by then, but they said they couldn’t come out.

Good response on the day of call. Did not have the part, though, so had to return the following day. Very happy with them.

Called Monday morning and was told to expect someone between 2 & 4 in the afternoon. Repairman called and said he was in the neighborhood at 1 o'clock and showed up ten minutes later. The young repairman, Junior, diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part and was gone in about an hour. What was impressive beyond all that was that he was locally trained at Western Tech. I'm a supporter and fan of Angie's List.
