+ -1 moreOn the day of the estimate I had not heard from the company, so I called to confirm the appointment. The gentleman I spoke to confirmed my appointment was on the schedule and assured me the representative would be present. The appointment time came and went with nobody showing up. After waiting 30 minutes I called the contact number again and no one answered this time so I left a voice mail. After 1 hour of waiting, I left the house where the appointment was set. I called again and received the voice mail again. No representative from the company has since contacted me regarding this appointment or my voice mail.
Description of Work: None, the representative never showed up for the estimate appointment.

+ 0 moreIt took 3 days to get the air conditioner installed and working to cool the house. They removed the old cooler and cleaned the The drywall repair to an additional 2 days, but it was all done very professionally.
Description of Work: Rick and his team installed a new air conditioner at my house. He removed my old evaporative cooler and capped the vent on the roof. He hired an electrician to install the necessary power box to run the 5-ton unit they installed. He also hired a drywall repair company to cover the freon and power lines that ran through my garage. He created a box made of aluminum and dry wall covered in texture to match my garage interior...beautiful.
