The rep searched the house, found no evidence of an infestation and told us that the termites we'd seen were not the kind that generally gets into houses, so it wasn't something that he would recommend treatment for. (Unlike our first bidder who wanted to charge us $3k to protect our house). He did the inspection for free and suggested we do it again in a year just to be safe. I was very happy with these guys.
Description of Work: Termite check. We'd seen them in one of our trees.

Description of Work: Treatment was given around the outside of the house as well as inside bathrooms under sinks and around outside storage area. The treatment was completed in 4 hrs. and we also have a warranty agreement.

+ -1 moreWe spend $170 a year. We like them. We use them in Virginia Beach and we've kept that contract for several years. The entire 3 years that we've been here, the kind of experience we've had with our home in Virginia Beach, we've just stayed with the same company for our home here in El Paso.

+ -1 moreAs I stated in the above paragraph Terminex did an outstanding job!!! When they were finished they cleaned up everything cleaner than when they started. The estimate was correct and when the job was done the cost was exactely the estimate. The complete job comes with a two year guarantee and if you want to continue the guarantee you can for an estimated fee.
Description of Work: Mr. Luis Gonzalez from Terminex came to the house and did a free inspection for termites. He was very professional and inspected the whole property. We had already found termites in the dirt when planting bushes at the side of the house. He found nothing that looked like they had gotten in the house. An estimate was given to treat the whole house for termites and we made an appointment for the next Wednesday. On Wednesday Mr. Gonzalez came out with additional help to treat the house at about 0830. It took them almost all day and they did an outstanding job! When the treatment was finished they cleaned up everything, even cleaning my whole back patio. They even moved all the outdoor furnature and put it back when finished. I am impressed!!!

+ -1 moreThey come out quarterly and they are excellent. They are always here when they say they are going to be here. I've had a couple of times when I had to cancel and there was no problem rescheduling. I've used them for years. I have no bugs. If there is something that needed attention, they take care of it. Last time I had ant problem and they attended to that. They do what they say. There's always a window but usually they arrive closer to the beginning of the window and then to the end of the window which is good. If they say they are here between 10:00 and 12:00, generally they are here close to 10:00 than 12:00. They are pretty prompt. Some people might think that the price is a lot more but I don't because I pay for three months.
Description of Work: We used Terminix - El Paso about three months ago to spray outside and inside for ants as well as bugs in general.

+ -1 moreAt first, if you don't think you need an exterminator, but you live in El Paso, you do. I've used them for termites and sugar ants, but other than that, I haven't had any other problems because I use them regularly.
