The owner, Fernie, arrived on time. First, he sprayed the back yard where he found aggressive Pharaoh ants near the decorative pond. He put out a bait specifically formulated to target this species. Next, he sprayed the rock landscaping in front. Finally, he sprayed inside the house. The chemicals Fernie uses are very effective lasting from one visit to the next two months later. On rare occasions, I have to call him back. He comes promptly and without an additional charge. I highly recommend Sunset Pest Management.

Fernie always does a thorough job. I seldom see an insect or other crawly creature in between the regularly scheduled treatments. On the exceedingly rare occasions when a bug has managed to enter my home, I have called SSPM to respray and the response is rapid. They couldn't be more professional.

They do great. They do it on their own. Everything is working really well with them. I would highly recommend them. They do the job and they are very friendly. They seem to know you they come on out. They walk through your whole house so they know what you are up to. The main thing is there are no vultures; there are no bugs, nothing. They are punctual when they say they are going to be there they are there. If they can't come out or if they are late or something and they can't do your thing they will call you and let you know. They come out and tell you exactly what needs to be done. If you think you can't take care of it he will tell you how to take care of it.
