 + -1 moreThey have come out about four times. They charge extra to clean the grout so I just had them do the tile. They used a big steaming machine. The supervisor was pretty good; he made sure the crew did a good job. They did not do a good job the first time so I had them come back and they did a better job. It is a little expensive.
Description of Work: I used Stanley Steemer to clean most of the tile flooring in my house. They did nine rooms, but did not do four rooms.

 + -1 moreOver all it was a disaster from start to finish because they were in and out in under an hour. That is to clean 3 bedrooms, hallway and a great room and dining room. Tons of carpet. 45 minutes? Really? What a joke.
Description of Work: I had them clean my 2200 sqf home. When they arrived they said it would take 45 minutes to complete the job. I was doubtful until I saw the worker as he cleaned. The steam wand barely touched the carpet long enough to pass over it. My carpet is fairly new and in great shape it had light soiling. The carpet got wet but not clean. I paid extra for deoderizer but the carpet didnt smell fresh at all. I have my doubts to whether they remembered to use some. I was to find out from the friendly worker that they got paid by the job not the hour. He told me because I asked. They have to rush through cleaning to get to the next job to do enough jobs in one day to make a pay check. For my $300 bill he would make 10% with no pay for driving time, which sometimes reaches out to Las Cruces. He flat out told me he was not making a living wage. They hire too many people and stretch the work out over too many people. He had plans to leave the company and also told me they were under investigation for wage and benefit issues. With all that said I still had carpets that were dirty and didnt smell fresh days later when they finally dried. I am 100% dissatified with the work they did. They offered to come back and clean them again, but quite frankly and whose expense? The poor employee hustling to make a go of it? I had sold the house and the carpets to be cleaned were for the benefit of the new owner who moved in later that week. They work WAY to fast. They can not get a carpet clean by waving a wand over the carpet in nano seconds. No one could clean 2200 square feet of carpeting in 45 minutes and begin to think they could get it cleaned. What would make me happy? A complete refund and an apology. Their employment set up is an issue that creates high turn over in employees. I know all this because I asked. I felt bad for the kid working and tipped him $20.

 + -1 moreI used Stanley Steemer for the first time earlier this month and was extremely satisfied. They called before arriving and even came earlier then scheduled, which worked perfectly! Once they arrived, the two young gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly. The entire first floor of my house was steam cleaned and completed within 30 minutes! I will definately use them again next time.

 + -1 moreThe cleaning team came as scheduled to provide an estimate for both cost and time, and a demonstration of the cleaning process. I'd expected them to demonstrate with their machinery, but they did a demo area by hand to show the effectiveness of the cleaning product. This still provided an accurate example of what to expect. I scheduled the cleaning and sealing for another day, and they again arrived promptly, which is very unusual and a pleasant surprise in the city where we live! They moved all furniture, except a couple of large pieces I requested they not. The cleaning and sealing processes were completed in the time expected, another plus in the land of manana. The floor, particularly the grout, looks much better, nearly (but not quite) restored to its original appearance. They did warn me that some stains might not be completely removed, which was reasonable. I was still slightly disappointed that the grout around our pet feeding area seemed virtually unchanged, although they did try a bit extra there. The furniture I requested they not move was treated respectfully, and they worked around it nicely. They did not replace the furniture to the original position, because the sealant was still drying in most areas when they left. They didn't advise me that I would need to move it back myself. I confess that wasn't a problem, but it would have been nice to be warned in advance. Overall, good work and very good service, perhaps just a tad pricey.
Description of Work: Had over 750 square feet of ceramic floor tile and color grout cleaned, and then had the grout clear sealed. The grout had never been sealed previously, and was quite dirty in places.
