Prompt service for diagnosis. Very responsive to questions asked. Diagnosis was correct and repair was spot on. Tom was easy to deal with and did what he said he would do.

For start I gave 4 stars for work quality because that s yet to be seen. Other than that I gave 5 stars due to the quickness on replying after submitting request. Very professional and quoted me on services. After explaining issue with appliance they immediately told me what the issue could be but will not know for sure until diagnose is complete. They were very knowledgeable and explained the process moving forward. Earning trust is a big deal, so I trust that they will be fair. Price is reasonable and affordable and I recommend their service.
