I just have to say that Stady’s Appliance Service is hands down the best appliance repair in El Paso. Highly recommend and would hire again in a heartbeat.

I hired Mr. Stady to work on my refrigerator ice maker and my front loader washing machine. He got right on the washer, quickly found the problem, had the part on hand and fixed it. My ice maker was a little more difficult but he knew exactly where the problem was, which was electrical. He worked on it and it is now working beautifully. Mr. Stady is professional, honest, polite and knowledgeable. He kept all appointments on a timely basis and would call to let me know he was on his way. His prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend him and will contact him again, when needed. I am very happy with his work.

He was thoroughly professional and diligent, quick response. It took a bit of time trying to get the sounds to replicate with the washer, but the problem was finally found and part replaced. He explained exactly what he was going to do and then told the results. Will be using him again if we have problems with other appliances.

Very professional. Diagnosed LG washing machine that would not start and showed error code tE . Found it to be wire which had loosened from connector. Awkward to get to yet repaired w/o having to disassemble machine at higher cost. They ensured proper functioning. Wrote out a proper billing.

I was really worried about having to replace the unit, but he kept working and working until he found the problem and made the repair quickly. He kept me informed the whole time on what he was doing.

Sent email on Sunday requesting a estimate, he called Monday morning. We was able to squeeze us in late Monday afternoon. He showed up as promised and repaired our dryer. Professional and courteous, great service.

Had a little trouble getting hold of Stady, but I kept trying and eventually got an appointment with him -- he is very busy. Still waiting for follow up from him on getting new icemaker ordered - will probably have to call him rather than waiting further for his call. I believe his work very good, explaining problems and costs, but could use better communication practices.
