Description of Work: My dishwasher was not working, and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They finally replaced the controller board and got it working. It took them over a month to get the parts and fix it. They did a good job, it just took forever.

Description of Work: Microwave repair went well, although it took repairman an additional visit because he misdiagnosed problem the first time, but got it right at second try. In each case it took a while because they had to order parts, but all in all service was very good, and I already asked him to come back & repair ice maker in my refrigerator. Part has been ordered!!

Description of Work: The technician diagnosed and fixed my refrigerator. He saw that it was not cooling because it was not defrosting. He did not have the part he needed in the truck so he came the next day, installed the part and the refrigerator was working as good as new, and it's 20 years old. | The technician was very personable and helpful. I am very pleased with his ability and demeanor.

Description of Work: I have already reviewed these people and written a review. I also discussed this same vendor with one of your phone representatives. I don't have the time to review a vendor over and over. For the third time, they inspected my washer for a leak, but did not find an issue. I haven't had any issues with the washer.

Description of Work: Disappointed in the fact that they charged 116.00 (155.00 without Angie's deal)for 45 minutes to unclog a drain line. No new parts needed.

Description of Work: Repairman took a good look at our washing machine and told ud the repair would cost more than buying a new one. He was honest in his assesment. We took his advice. We will also call his firm for any other repairs we need in the house.

They guaranteed the work and the tech gave me his card if I had any problem I could contact him. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Sobella came to fix my refrigerator's temperature sensor. The only problem was the technician was careless: there was a lot of combination ice and frost in the freezer section, and instead of waiting for it to thaw, he started pounding on the frost and ice with a sharp object causing scratches on the inside back wall of the appliance. My husband suggested pouring hot water and it worked! If he had done that first it woukd not have caused the many scratches he created. The technician also was not careful in removing the cover to that area causing the rubberized seal to break and leaving a gap to where air can eacape.
