Description of Work: My Sub-Zero refrigerator had a fan motor that was making a lot of noise. The repairman fixed it but said because of the age of the fridge, he wasn't sure if the fix would last. If it didn't, the service call would be deducted from the cost of the new fan. 3 weeks later is was making noise again. I called and they order the fan. They installed it within a week of the call and it has been working well ever since. The men who came were timely, friendly and neat. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Purchased real deal from Angie's list for Sobella's. Our washer was beyond help, repairman was very helpful diagnosing and explaining to us what was wrong. He even went out of his way to send us a quote. It would have cost more to repair than purchase. So, that we did, purchase a new washer.

Description of Work: From the very beginning with the initial call to inquire about their services until the end of the repairs Sobellas staff and repairman were very customer friendly and professional. We're timely with their appointment with me. Upon arrival at my home the repairman kept me updated and gave me a price quote for the issue that they found prior to beginning repairs. I am very satis field with Sobellas and will continue to use them for my a/c and htg needs.

Description of Work: Diagnosis of dishwasher problem, recommendations. We decided to replace it, all considered. Provider gave helpful advice, was fully engaged in helping me, helping me understand the machine and how to get better performance from it. Would definitely call again.

Description of Work: workman came and offered to do it on his own bucket cheaper. I didn't use them.

Description of Work: the tech looked at my oven and told me the bottom element was bad (which I already knew), he input the info into his laptop and came up with $247.00 to buy the part and install. I already priced the part which was only $41.00. The labor charge was way too much so I decided to find a way to do it myself.

Description of Work: The technician found out what the problem was right away. He also did some venting work that never had been done properly. Great service.

Description of Work: They came to look at my dryer that had stopped working. Unfortunately, they could not fix it because it was so old and a safety concern was discovered. They were very nice and even gave me a gift card for referring my neighbor to them.
