Went well except for cost
Description of Work: Replaced thermostat in drier which had guit working the day befor. Technician was present about 30-40 minutes. He checked a few wires and replaced a piece about 1.5 inches square. He had only to remove the back of the machine. I could see 100.00 dollars total for fixing my drier, including the discounted trip charge through Angie's List, but 200 dollars seems quite high for a job requiring 30-40 minutes max. Technician was on time, courteous, neat, and professional, but price seemed exhorbitant to me.

Description of Work: SoBella's has repaired my dishwasher and more recently, my refrigerator. The technicians are always kind and courteous. They always call before they come and Sobella's gives a reminder call the day before. With the dishwasher, we had to wait several weeks on a part and SoBella's called me every week to give me an update. Very professional!
