Description of Work: This visit was to determine the cause of a problem with my washing machine. The technician came to my house right on schedule and identified the problem right away. It just needed a new soap dispenser, which I can replace myself and I did. However, the price quoted for them to get the part and Install it was about $160. I got the part for $34 and installed it in one minute.

Description of Work: My dryer was making a terrible noise and they came and fixed it. It took several weeks to get the job done because parts had to be ordered and wrong parts came in. I called them repeated after waiting a period of time and although they were very polite they were not punctual. It took way too long to get the job done.

Description of Work: We called them to look at our Samsung front loading washer. It needed a new pump for about $375. We paid for the part and return call. Later that day we decided to purchase a new washer for $799. I called Sobellas and was told they could refund my money but since the part was already on its way there was a 10% restocking fee and the refund couldn't be processed until the part arrived. After a few days I received notice that my refund was processed. |We were very impressed with how quickly they came out and the professionalism of the repair person and the office contact. We definitely will call them again if we need an appliance repair.
