I'm a repeat customer. Paul is my go-to appliance repairman. I patronize Sobella just because of him. I highly recommend.

Very well. He fixed the ice maker and advised me to scrap the old refrigerator and gave e tips on how to replace it, which I followed and all is well.

Everything went very smoothly. Isaac arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly replaced the problem part.

They helped us, and recommend the ones we should buy. We were extremely happy. We would not hesitate to use them again. They were very honest, on time, and quick. They defiantly knew what they were doing. The guy they sent out was very professional.

Determined quickly that the problem was voltage in the outlet

Had to order part, but I could follow the order on line and it was here and installed when promised. The serviceman is neat and puts shoe covers on. They show you old part and what was wrong. Also found my vent was clogged and lint was all inside my dryer. I had no idea, could have been a fire danger. Great job SoBellas, will definitely use them again.

I did not like them and would not hire them again. It wasn't done right and then I had to call them out again and it wasn't done right again; and when I called them again, they got very rude and nasty to me, so I would not call them any more. If the work had been done right, the price would have been okay. The technician they sent out was not very knowledgeable. I had a problem with the dryer too and at first he did not even want to touch the dryer; he didn't want to do anything with the dryer, but I insisted that he check the dryer. When I called them and set the appointment, they came over when they said they would and they were there when they said they would, so that was okay. I just know I would not recommend them and I would not hire them again.

Technician told me what was wrong. Redid some hoses so the top shelf was draining properly. Told me I needed a new rotor in the bottom drawer, gave me the company's price and showed me how to replace it if I wanted to replace it myself. After I replaced it, there was still a problem so another tech came out and showed me what I did wrong at no charge. Each time I called, a tech was out the same day. Even though the original price was a bit on the high side, the tech knew my machine (difficult as it is not common), knew what was wrong, and was very helpful. Then, they did not charge me for the second visit.

Great! Friendly technician. Luckily it started working again after he cleaned the line. Gave me some tips on keeping it clean.

Went well. Arrived on-time. Had the needed part. No problems.

Abraham Lincoln said that when you are angry, sit down, write your response; but, then, in the morning rip it up and start new. Well, I have done that. I am genuinely appalled at the lack of transparency regarding my thermometer. I have been a faithful client of SoBellas for years. I have paid every just bill and have never complained. However, in the case of the bill I paid on Tuesday, NOV 15, 2016, I believe that SoBella took undo advantage of us. It is simply wrong. For the past 2 years I worked at the US Embassy in Mexico City. Whenever I or my wife came to El Paso for a visit, we had SoBella check our system. In fact, my wife purchased a maintenance contract. In September 2015 (while I was stationed at the Embassy in Mexico), SoBella put a new thermometer in the upstairs unit. Neither I nor my wife ever touched the thermometer for two years. SoBella's technician came for normal Winter maintenance on NOV 10, 2016. Neither my spouse nor I ever touched the thermometer after his visit. It worked fine for cooler air prior to his visit and never functioned again AFTER his visit. I believe that something that SoBella's technician may have done last on NOV 10th may have caused the problem because the unit never worked afterwards. Why, then, should I have been billed +$150 dollars for labor costs when it was SoBellas fault and not ours. I sent a message to SoBella; but, they never even responded.

Called at noon on a Tuesday and Issac, the technician was at my door in a couple of hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed before he left. He said he would take 3-5 days for the part to arrive. Other reviews mentioned that SoBella's prices were expensive, but the estimate given to us seemed reasonable and much more affordable than buying a new refrigerator. We decided to have it repaired and wait for the part. To my surprise, I received a call the following afternoon and Issac would be out to replace the part the next morning. And indeed he was and was done quickly. He made sure it was working properly before he left. I was very pleased with the service that was provided by both the company and Issac. I would use this service again and highly recommend it to others.

I was hopeful the ice maker could be repaired but it couldn't he did give me a cost for the new maker and install cost. Very honest.

Work was completed quickly and successfully.

Not well. I was charged a $95. service fee, which is over twice the local rate, and for my trouble I was told that the part needed for the problem I reported is unavailable nationwide. Also. I received neither a discount for using Angies's List, nor a receipt. The receipt issue was resolved with an email receipt. I got a call from the manager, and he agreed with me that I could have been warned about an old machine and unavailable parts to avoid a service call. BUT when I suggested a partial refund might be appropriate he would not consider it. Although they were prompt and mostly professional, I cannot recommend SoBellas Home Services.

Called to schedule appointment with Sobellas after attempting to repair washing machine drain pump myself. First technician came to home and after a few minutes, said that I needed a new pump. I explained that I had just removed the pump and inspected it and that it didn't appear to have any serious problems but the technician wasn't interested in taking a look at it. Technician said that the work would require two people to replace the pump and gave me a quote that would cost more than a new washing machine. I decided to buy a new pump and replace it myself (even though I didn't think that was the issue) and, sure enough, washer still wasn't draining. Called Sobella's back and explained the situation and they offered to have another technician come out and take a look at no charge. I agreed and had a completely difference experience with the second technician (Issac). He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Explained exactly what was going on and did everything in his power to help me with my problem. He truly went above and beyond. With the exception of the first technician, I was very happy with the customer service and will use Sobellas again in the future.

The tech was extremely friendly and straight forward. Great communication. I highly recommend this company and will be doing business with them again. Very thorough job as well, as they tested for the reason the dryer failed and suggested us getting a service done, that they didn't offer so they weren't trying to sell to us, that would help prevent the failure to occur again.

Technician gave honest assessment; advised us not to spend the $900 for the repair

It was a great customer service experience. The repairman, Paul, arrived early and was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He did a great job, and share a lot of useful information on the repair he was doing and what to expect with the unit afterwards. I would recommend SoBellas to any of my friends or family without hesitation.

They are good. We used them today. The experience has always been good. I would never say it was the best but Isaac was a good guy. I gave them a C on price because we got a coupon from Angie's List. We have used it before and they have always taken some of it off of the service call like they would take $25 or $20 off $75 service charge. This time they didn't do that. It would have been 10% off the labor yet we did repair. I guess I should have read the coupon a little bit better. Maybe they could have explained that to us a little bit better when we told them. They did a very good job.

They did a good job so that is why we also used them to repair our A/C. A different group repaired the stove than repaired the A/C but they did a great job and we were real happy with them. They gave us the options with the cost of either replacing it or repairing it. I do remember that it was not cheap, but the replacement was almost $5,000.

We called SoBellas Home Services in El Paso to repair our LG front load dryer. ( The dryer would work for one cycle then nothing but cold air). The first technician they sent said the dryer was fine and that the problem was due to a clogged dryer vent. He said he did not perform those services but that the company would send someone else to do the job. SoBellas then sent out a second technician who stated that the problem was not a clogged dryer vent. He told us the dryer needed a new panel. We went ahead and had the panel repaired. We were told that the panel was no longer available from the manufacturer and that they would need to reconstruct it. A service for which we payed $470.00 dollars. After waiting over a week the panel was installed. The technician ran one cycle on the dryer with a wet towel and said the appliance was working fine. As soon as the first cycle ended we were back to square one, the dryer would not work. We immediately called and another technician was sent. He also tested the dryer for one cycle and said it was fine. After multiple phone calls and a visit from a fourth technician with the same results. We requested a refund. We were told that in order to get a refund we would have to return the panel that they "repaired". If we were to do that then I would not be able to get another company to repair my appliance since the manufacturer no longer makes this part. SoBellas has been giving us the run around insisting that the dryer was fixed which in not true. Now we are out nearly $500.00 . Do not hire this company in El Paso. Check the Better Business Bureau you will see they have multiple complaints from customers with regards to their business practice. They always claim the client was at fault and that there "investigation" did not show any deficiencies in service. Do yourself a favor and hire a different company. What a rip off !

The service was okay. They did not charge anything we did not know. I was disappointed in that. When they were at the house, they did not fix it. They just gave some options. They advised us to buy another machine. So, what ended up happening is we ended up fixing it ourselves. If we were going to do that, we should have never invested the time to send a repair guy out. It was not his fault, but I do think that it was a waste of money. The diagnostic was already on the computer program. He did not pull anything apart to verify a thing which we did not already know. It is a washer that is pretty modern and it already gave us the appliance code so we knew what the problem was, but they did not take it apart to confirm which of the parts was impacted. So, they really did not diagnose anything. They used the same diagnostic that was in the code. To me, they did not provide us any additional knowledge that we did not already have. They did not do anything that was past what was already diagnosed. The computer code is a generality. I think they would have gotten an A if they had given me the specifics, but they did not. They gave me the same information we could look up on the internet. The person who was here was nice.

The service was okay. There were a lot of additional fees. I probably spent close to $300.
